I received my order on time. I really didn`t think I would ever find a "Snuggle Bear" my 19 year old grandson had a "Snuggles" as a baby and he took it everywhere until he was 10 years old, now he has a baby sister that will be borned in October and he wanted to get her one. Website was easy to navigate with an excellent selection of the items I was looking for. However, my order took 7 business days to ship, instead of the usual one or two days. Once it was shipped UPS, I received it in 2 business days. Luckily I ordered this long before I needed it, so it didn't pose a problem, but the extreme delay in shipping was surprising. I would order again from this merchant, but would keep the shipping delays in mind when doing so.
