I wish I had discovered this site before! I had a horrible experience with these people! I ordered a replacement hose for my Delta kitchen sink and it it took almost 2 weeks to get here when I paid for 3 day shipping! So, already a total waste, but I could live with that. THEN, it arrives, finally, and I spent 2 hours trying to get it on my sink! I was soaking wet and VERY irate! I then contacted Delta and verifed that these people sent me the correct part, and determined they did, so the only possibility was that the part must be defective. So, I called them (and waited the mandatory 30-45 minute hold time), got an RMA # and a shipping label to send it back for my supposedly FULL refund. Of course they never mentioned the 20% resocking fee and now here I am, a full MONTH after ordering this part, and I get a refund for HALF of what I paid! Now keep in mind that I have since  ordered this part direct from delta and, guess what?!!? It fit perfectly!!! I stuck it on there in less than 3 minutes and have a working sink. Well, I contacted plumbers surplus yet again , was informed of their "return policy" and that my part was inspected and found to be not defective so I had to pay the restocking and the shipping. After several emails with the manager (because that is the only way to speak to one!) It has been repeated to me twice that the part was not defective and I get what I get!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Why would I pay MORE for a part when I could have had it for less? If it worked, I would have kept it, but it didn't, and if it didn't fit, and it's the right part, then reason says that it was defective! I plan to report these people to the BBB, write their corporate office and let Delta know the kind of company they have representing their products!
update-I just went to the BBB website and these people have a D rating! I filed a complaint and emailed the head of customer service. I'll update with the outcome.... 
3/17/09-update is in comments...basically they refunded my money!
