I love this catalog (and online store).

First of all, it's primary theme is one that is dear to my heart - lodge, log cabin and old fashioned type merchandise.

I have ordered several types of items from this store, as it is one of my favorites.

In the fall and winter, they carry cozy things like flannel pajamas and sweaters made in Ireland. I ordered 3 sets of the pajamas, the sweater I needed was sold out b the time I got around to ordering it.

The pajamas were awesome. Well made, cozy and stood up to multiple washings. My brother is absolutely fanatical about them.

I've also ordered many unusual hearth products. Here is a sampling: an iron fireplace backing that helps reflect the heat from the fire that is carved with a family of bears. This has held up for 7 years so far just fine. Then there was the arm the attatches to the fireplace and swings in and out so you can attatch a kettle or pot to it. I was fascinated and had to have one of those. That was a little bigger than expected, but I was still very pleased.

The log pinchers were a bit clumsy, but were very well made.

Now, once I ordered a product from this company for a store while a building was under construction. It was a product that would go with the fireplace in the building and I wanted to order it while I was thinking about it. It ended up I ordered it about a year before it was needed. I believe it was a log hauler. When we opened it to put it together a piece was missing. I called them with no idea of an order number or when the order had been placed.

Not only did they find my order within 2 minutes, they sent out the replacement parts immediately and I had them within 2 days with an apology note. Someone from customer service even called to make sure everything was ok a few days later.

I have ordered iron tavern puzzles. They are very well made, come with solutions and everyone loves them.

I've ordered many, many things from here - Christmas decor, home decor, clothing, housewares and more.

The products this company carries are unusual and homey. The customer service is outstanding. There really is no other company that they can be compared to as far as their product line.

Packaging arrives in good condition and right on time. Their site is easy to navigate and ordering is very straightforward.
