THEFT. BUY NOTHING FROM THEM

Plasmahouse took an advance payment from me and never shipped the goodS, almost $4000 dollars blatently stolen, and for well over a month, on the odd occation we get someone to answer the phone, the only response we have is they have to investigate fedex.  No proof of shipment, fedex no nothing about it, and we have confirmation that it never was shipped. We are currently seeking legal action

Plasma house.com has to be the worst online shopping experience ever. dont bother with this company buy your tv from a retail store. i have had nothing but problems with plasma house.com for example you cant contact them their phone number leads you to a voicemail box thats always full and the do not return e-mails so if you have a problem or question and you will you are out of luck unless they decide to call you

Don't buy Plasma House extended Warranty

On 3/23/05 I purchased a Samsung HDTV Model HLP5063W from Plasma House. Price was attractive $ 1,809 for the set plus $ 354 for freight. Delivery was on time, and I was able to set up the HDTV without any problems.
For an extra $ 199.99 I had purchased an extended 3-year warranty. When my TV broke down before the warranty had expired, I was unable to contact Plasma House. I repeatedly called both their Service and Sales number and only received voice mail. I also e-mailed repeatedly. Now answer. I called Samsung and was told that Plasma House was not an authorized Samsung Dealer. Now I have to pay for the costly repair because Plasma house stiffed me and will not honor their extended Warranty.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PLASMAHOUSE aka VALUEPLASMA!!! These guys are LIARS & CROOKS. They bait folks with low prices on merchandise THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE IN STOCK!!!
When I called to confirm my order, some guy that sounded like a NYC 3-card Molly street hustler offered me warranties, accessories ... and even told me (GET THIS!) that I had to purchase $199 base for a $1279 TV!!! "SAY WUT???"
"Oh, I'm sorry, sir. My bad. You already paid the full price for your television..."
Well, that spooked me enough to check out some reviews. And sure enough, they're scammers. They immediately charged my credit card, gave me a bogus FedEx tracking number for a pkg that was NEVER PICKED UP, & were loaded with excuses everytime I called to question them about it. (Can you say, "My grandma! What big teeth you have!")
Well, eventually I wised up & had the bank credit all the $$$ back to my account. (Thanks WAMU !!!)
PLEASE-PLEASE-PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE LIARS & CROOKS.

IT SUCKED

Ordered a plasma on 12/9 - immediate email said someone will call me to confirm in 24/48 hours. No one did. I finally called them today, 12/14 - they open at 10:30??? Closed Saturday and Sunday??? What's up with that? Anyway, they said my order was approved, and they were getting it ready for 10-14 day shipping. Well, will never be here in time for Xmas, so they did cancel it. Was on hold on the phone for about 45 minutes. *** AVOID THESE GUYS!! ***
In my opinion they do not run a reliable operation!!

Buy often on line and thought I was getting a good deal on a 40 inch LCD Samsung... got the shaft instead. No product delivered, lots of excuses from wrong zip code used to water damaged sets. Delivery promised in 3-7 days and it has been 40 days. They took my money but that's all. I think it's Kramer & George working out of Seinfeld's apt pulling off a great con job. Don't waste your time or money on these guys.

A.K.A. Dr. Plasma. They charged my charge card over a month ago. They do not answer emails and when they do happen to answer the phone, they will disconnect you if you try to get customer service.

Con Artist!! Ordered on June 18 supposed to ship FREE shipping. 4 weeks later has not shipped. This time I called and put on hold for 40 minutes. Finally, told OH, we are out of that product, on back order. Never let me know anything. I sent email to all email addresses for this company on their web site but no one took time to answer. They will keep you money. I think they figure they can invest till you make enough noise. Interest free loan!

The most irresponsible company ever. No tracking number sent until after I received th product more than a week later which I finally received after I received the product, spent nearly 4 hours on hold on three didn’t calls. Was promised a callback one day and never received it either. I will never buy from this company again.

ordered on the 12th and paid for 3-5 day delivery, have not recieved it yet as of the 20th. have called and takes 20 minutes to get through every time. they tell me it is just waiting for a tracking order. 5 days later, no tracking number. order status online does not update. customer service rep is not very helpful and not very professional.

I ordered from Plasmahouse because they had a good rating by various intenet sales surveys, which I have come to realize is very VERY DECEPTIVE (I should have dug further into the details as far as Plasma House). I ordered a SONY XBR TV on 1/24 and that evening received a call confirming my order from a very upbeat sales rep. At that time, I was told about the shipping policies, which were not clear on the website at the time I ordered. After the explanation, I ended up paying the additional shipping charge, albeit somewhat reduced, because the "free shipping was intended for wholesalers with large orders" and my order would take probably 3 weeks via surface shipping if I did not upgrade. The call then concluded with the estimated shipping date being within 48 Hrs. After monitoring my order status on-line for a week and seeing no indication of my order shipping, I tried to call Plasmahouse. Upon calling I was told by machine that there was a 90 minute wait, so I decided to call back. After a couple more calls, I got to the machine, which announced a 20 minute wait. After the 20 or so minute wait, I spoke with a customer service rep who then quickly put me on hold for another 16 minutes. After this wait, I got through to another rep who again immediately put me on hold for another 12 minutes. This then occurred one last time, again with me being put on hold by a third rep, before I could request not being put on hold again! After the run around, I was told by the third rep that the TV would ship the next day (1/31). I checked the website again the next day and could not really tell if the TV had in fact shipped. After checking with my credit card company, I found that the charge went through on my card on 1/31, so I cautiously thought just maybe someone got their act together and actually shipped the TV!!! I should also note that an e-mail to Plasma House during this period of waiting, went completely unacknowleded and unanswered. Today, much to my Great Surprise, the TV arrived! I will say that it was in good condition and works as expected (which it should for well over $2,000!). I was glad that I did not really expect the TV for the Super Bowl, because Plasma House seems like a completely unorganized company with little to NO INTEREST IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Plasma House's complete lack of communication from the time of order to the delivery is completely unacceptable in this day of high speed communications. The biggest thing they need to do is IMPROVE COMMUNICATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS and OPERATE THEIR CALL CENTER IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. Based on the above, I'm really glad that I will never have the need to deal with Plasma House again. I pity the poor soul that receives a damaged product from this company!!! LOL!!! You'll need evry last bit you can get!!!

I purchased the items online on 29 December. The webite stated In Stock: will ship in 24-48 hours and then I paid for delivery in 3-7 workdays. Assuming the clock started on 2 January, I should have received my order 12 January at the latest. I called Plasma House on 10 January, as I had not received any shipping status, and was informed that due to the holiday season, my items were not released from the warehouse until that day. No delay notice was received, no apology, no compensation for the delay!#*@

They advertise low prices and then they do not have the product in stock. We called on Sunday to verify the order and they never said anything about the reciever being out of stock they just said it would be 72 hour to process the order. They charged our charge card and never credit it back we had to call and cancel it on our charge card. Do not buy from them.

Plasma house is a FRAUD!!! I placed an order without any fancy extra shipping costs and they intentionally stall you by saying it is being processed. They called me after I placed the order and said they were checking credentials due to "fraud" reasons. In fact, they were trying to sell me extras instead and when I didn't bite they let the order drag. I called them back two weeks later and cancelled after reading other reviews of similar situations.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Worst on-line store I've ever bought from. Placed an order 9/29/06 Its now 11/29/06 and still haven't gotten anything. The first problem was with Shipping! It said FREE but I had the sales guy hard sell me to get faster shipping! I broke down and took the 3 to 7 day! After I didn't get the TV I was told it was out of stock, but they had the more expensive model ($350.00 More)in stock and they would expedite the order and get it to me in three days. A month later and still no TV. Today I canceled the order and was told it would take up to three days to do that!! I would NEVER use them again!!

These people are completely without ethics. They advertise a low price as come on.. they won't process the order until you talk with a salesperson who tries to sell you an extended warranty... The item is "in stock" if you call them, but if you don't buy the extended warranty, then you're 300 or 400 down the list... If they advertise FREE shipping and 24-48 hour ship time, and you choose FREE shipping, then it's 10-14 days.... Elliot Spitzer should put them out of business for consumer fraud.

My neighbor has been trying to get a TV deliver for 6 weeks and when I call it's "in stock" unless you don't buy the warranty...

Horrible! Do not do business with this company. They charged my credit card even thought the tv was backordered and then would not refund my money. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. They should have never charged my credit card in the first place. They are hard to get a hold of, and rude on the phone. Stay away.

BEWARE! Ordered an LCD TV over a month ago, credit card charged immediately, no TV.I did not pay for faster shipping or the extended service contract (that's how they make the money).Called once a week, I'm told it's coming. I can't get my money back, my credit card company is working on it, I'm out $1166, they lie, tell you it's coming, but it doesn't arrive. I asked for my money back and I'm not getting it from them, their terminals are down. I've reported them to the office of the Attorney General in NY. Very frustrated.

I ordered a 40" Westinghouse LCD TV...

I ordered a 40" Westinghouse LCD TV with built in DVD player. The website said it was in stock. I went wth the free shipping. Right after I ordered it, someone from Plasmahouse.com called me and said that it ships directly from the manufacturer and I could have it in 3 to 7 days (rather than the free 10 to 15 days) for a $75 shipping charge. I said OK. Two weeks later I hadn't recieved the TV so I called Plasmahouse.com. They said it was out of stock and they didn't know when they were getting any in. How can it be out of stock if it ships from the manufacturer.... and why did the website STILL say it was in stock when I called... and when were they going to tell me this!!! They wasted no time calling me to get me to agree to pay $75 more.... and told at that time it was ready to ship. I cancelled the order and ordered the same TV from Samsclub.com. I just recieved my TV a few days after ordering, so I know it wasn't the manufacturer who didn't have any. Don't deal with Plasmahouse.com!!!!

The overall shyopping experience was good. The only dificulty was getting the delivery person to stay around while i checked the condition of the delivery. This is a requitement of the seller as a part of their return policy. Delivery persons want to leave as soon as the package is delivered.
