PLASMAHOUSE IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a "brand new, factory sealed" Pioneer Plasma only to receive it and see a burn in on screen. After 3 days and more than 6 HOURS ON HOLD, I was directed to Pioneer techs to look it over only to find out that the tv already had over 1,400 HOURS logged into the internal clock. IE-- IT WAS NOT BRAND NEW AND HAD BEEN USED FOR A LONG LONG LONG LONG TIME. After another 4-5 hours of holding, being shifted around between incompetent people, the MANAGER told me they would do NOTHING to service me. NOTHING. HE SAID IT WAS MY FAULT. Also, Plasmahouse is run by the same people who sell you the REPAIR AUTHORITY INSURANCE. They act like different companies and give you different names each time. JONATHAN, ANGELO, MARK, DAVID, who the #$*# knows. They are all liars. THE ONLY REASON TO BUY FROM PLASMAHOUSE IS IF YOU ARE A MASOCHIST WHO HAS MORE TIME ON YOUR HANDS THAN YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH! This was by far the worst online or retail experience of my life and I see that I am not alone here. PLASMAHOUSE = FRAUDULENT
