I was looking for optional accessories to a four drawer lateral file cabinet to allow files to be stored facing the front of the drawer. The website was well organized with a section for Hon cabinets. The sub-directories were well organized with a tab for accessories. In the accessories area I was able to quickly scroll through pictures of the different items offered. This was important because I had no idea what the name or part number was for this product but had a sample from other cabinets that allowed me to match the general shape prior to purchasing the item. I however did not find away to verify color of the product. This was not a big problem because the parts are used inside the filing cabinet, but as it turned out the color matched the existing file cabinet color. The payment process was easy and and excepted my company credit card. The site offered many different shipping options from which I choose the cheapest method of transportation. The hangers were delivered on time per the quoted lead-time. The order conformation was quickly e-mailed to me to verify that the process had gone correctly and included the approximate shipping date. I found the whole process with Planet Office professional and simple.
