Piperlime

The delivery was reasonably quick.  But I recently lost some weight and dropped a shoe size, so I was shocked when I put on the shoes I ordered and they were HUGE!  I looked at the box, which said they were the right size, but when I took the shoes off, I discovered they were two sizes LARGER than what the box said.  I ended up reordering them in a different color, and that transaction was OK.  Their mistake seems so basic though, they even check to make sure the shoes are the right size at Target.

I have been ordering for years at Shoebuy.com and zappos.com. I thought I'd try piperlime and it was a huge disappointment.
Shoes were delivered fast but after trying them on for approx. 2 minutes I put them back in the box and returned them as they were too small.
Now I received an email shoes appear worn!!! Out of courtesy they will take them back and refund me the money. Thanks! But I NEVER did wear those shoes! I am extremely upset piperlime accuses me of this!

Having both bought several pairs of shoes and returned/exchanged a pair, I must give props to Piperlime. (They managed to snap the last size of coveted pair of Fryes for me to exchange!) Prices and selection are competitive with other sites, but I do wish they would forgo the fancy packaging and offer free shipping like Endless or Zappos. All in all, a very good shopping experience.

Piperlime was amazing until I had an issue... I ordered a pair of Robeez and they ended up being defective... my baby girl wore them in my carpeted living room area for 8 weeks and they began to peel and crack... sent them back and they were sent back to me, no explanation. When I called them, they told me that the slippers were of "excessive wear" and there was nothing they could do about it. I was promised a 20% coupon towards future purchases, but will NOT be using it as I will NEVER purchase through them again- disappointing being a division of GAP!! I do and will continue to tell everyone about my awful experience with this company! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Customer Service is unhelpful at Piperlime. While they advertise free returns, make sure you purchase shoes that are returnable. Some shoes they don't allow to be returned for any reason. Additionally, if you use Rewards (for gap, piperlime, etc) and return the shoes that don't fit, you LOSE your rewards. Customer service stated "rewards have no value so you don't get a replacement". I recommend purchasing your shoes somewhere else.

They are awesome. My order arrived 4 business days after I ordered them. They have a pre-paid return UPS return label. Their packaging is really cute. Free shipping. I will definitely order from them again!

Piperlime looks like it could shape up to be a leading online shoe retailer. Their selection is not nearly as vast as other sites, such as Zappos, but it's constantly growing, and they seem to be better-priced. (There is also the advantage of 10% off purchases when using a GAP/Banana Republic/Old Navy credit card.)

My experience with them was very positive. I had a question about sizing; I was able to get a customer service rep on the phone in seconds. Aside from the competitive pricing, the shipment arrived within 4 business days carefully and prettily packaged. The paperwork was clear and included a prepaid UPS shipping label for possible return/exchange.

Overall: Piperlime is easy, convenient, and a pleasure to shop at. They really make you feel like a valued customer.
