The putter I bought was for my son. He seems to enjoy it.
The fitting process was alittle to be desired though.
I never could find the weight of the putter.
I'm not sure whether this was my problem or thw companys.
Since he is not full grown this would have been a good addition.

As indicated in my original survey, the experience of initial order was fine. The experience to then alter the shipping method was a complete mess. Ultimately, the person in charge of my order could not respond to email requests (Pinemeadow's preferred contact method) in less than a day. In responding so slowly, he missed out being able to alter my request. I was ultimately forced to call and handle my change over the phone with someone else. Interestingly, after the shipping change occurred my original person in charge was unaware of the change and indicated nothing could be done.
In the end, this company needs to work on its ability to communicate not only with customers but internally. They have a good product, but a very poor ability to deal with customers.

Frustrated since I did not receive the complete order, the 9 iron was missing. Called at 4:15 PST and no one answered althought the recording said they are there until 4:30. Now waiting to hear from them next week. Will lose three days because they went home early on a friday.

I ordered my clubs on a tuesday before the fourth of july weekend. I recieved the clubs exactly two weeks later in my hand, and that included a four day ship time. Pinemeadow admitted to me that they were slightly backlogged because of the holiday weekend, and that my clubs would ship on the following wednesday, 2 days after they started to work on them. I recieved all of my clubs (driver, 1 iron, 2 iron and 3-pw set) as expected, I even got a free hat. The problem was (AND THIS IS THE ONLY PROBLEM) that I didn't recieve the headcover that I ordered, and I promptly called there customer service number and they took care of it promptly and agreed to send me out a head cover. I will definiatly be ordering from Pinemeadow again

Evidently, the driver that I ordered wasn't supposed to be available for left handers and therefore wasn't in stock. The delay was because Pinemeadow accepted my online order for the LH driver and had to special order it which caused the delay. Once that was handled everything went smoothly and I am extremely happy with the quality of the merchandise and have ordered additional clubs from them just this week. I am very impressed with the way these transactions have been handled and will use them again in the future.

The was one of the best shopping experiences ever. Total elapsed time from the day the golf club was ordered to the day it arrived at my door was exactly one week. Pinemeadow Golf kept in contact with me each step of the way, from the minute I placed the order, to the time it went in to production, to when it was shipped by UPS. I will definitely use Pinemeadow Golf again.

All products and services were delivered as promised. This was my first purchase from Pinemeadow Golf. I had read several customer opinion surveys; so my expextations were high. However, my expectation were met or exceeded in every situation.

The golf clubs appear to be excellent, well weighted, and they were just the right length for my 7 year old boy (product description on the web was good). They were well packed and arrived when the manufacturer said they would arrive.
The value for the money seems to be excellent. I will shop for clubs here again when my boy grows some more.
Thanks for a good, value product.
The survey is flawed. I was required to answer a question about rebates and a rebate wasn't involved. At least one of the answers should have allowed me to acknowledge that the question was not applicable. This was not well done.

Over all I am a happy Customer of Pine Meadow. My friend purchased a wedge from Pine meadow with a WINN grip. The grip was poorly installed and he had requested a .5" shaft. I took the club and had it extended with a new Winn grip and it works great. The other clubs that I had purchased where all standard. I don't care much for the grips they are already starting to show wear. I will eventually have them regripped.
