One of the products I ordered was out of stock, all others arrived very soon after purchase. PhotonLight sent me e-mails explaining what was going on, there wasn't any other way to track the shipment, which I would have liked to see. First they charged my credit card for the full order, but then refunded for the back-ordered item, I liked that. The webstore works well and the products I wanted were easy to find.
