I bought a number of items from Sigma4less in December and am still waiting for delivery of one the back-ordered items. I paid for 3 day delivery to find out they didn't have the product after delivery of the other products (it is almost February). I received a message in January saying that the item would ship that week (3 weeks ago). I am preparing to go after them for all shipping costs and the cost of the item. I would not give them my business again and they have created what Reicheld would call a customer assassin.

I recently ordered a Canon lens worth over $1100.00. I choose to purchase from Sigma4Less for two reasons: Price and store rating. I was NOT disappointed! It was one of the smoothest transactions I have experienced on the Internet AND-----two days later, I had my lens. With all the fraud on EBay and on the Internet, it is extremely reassuring to have an on-line store that I can trust! Perfect!

Being that I am from Canada it is sometimes hard to find items you are looking for up here. It is also hard to find an on-line store that you can trust. I must say that I am 100% satisfied with both the service, and time of delivery on the Lens I ordered. They also offer USPS shipping which is better up here in Canada because you don't get charged as much duty as UPS does. This is one thing I look for when on-line shopping. Thank You and I would deal with you again. Take Care.

I had a good experience shopping at Sigma for less and will shop ther again. I only hated the UPS order tracking, it was not kept up to date and as usual with them it was delivered after the son went down. Tied me to the house waiting all day and when they delivered it they stuck it by the door and took off, never even knocked. Not happy with UPS delivery at all.

I am naturally a little nervous about ordering from a New York photo supply merchant with such low prices--too many such places specialize in upselling overpriced extras and poor customer service. However, Sigma 4 Less was terrific. No upselling, immediate shipping and the item was brand new in the manufacturer's packaging. It came with the international (rather than USA) warranty, but that was clearly indicated on the website, and the price was so good that I was able to purchase a 7 year Mack warranty and still spend less than I would have for the lens alone from other reputable sites. I will definitely shop Sigma 4 Less again.

Great! I thought a part was missing and called them. The woman I spoke with called me back immediately, and told me the person in shipping who had packed it remembered placing the small object into the larger box so it would be more secure. It was right where he placed it! (I was very impressed that someone actually remembered my particular order and how he packed it for shipping). I would use Sigma again in a heartbeat!

The only thing I did not like was that I had to send the copies of the two sides of my credit card. I am a foreign customer, all right, but my card was verified and I think it is not safe to transfer these data either via the internet or by fax.

This is a great place to shop. I ordered the wrong size filter (55mm) by mistake and asked them to cancel the order instead they just switched the order to the right size (72mm) and didn't even charge me the extra $15.00 for the larger size filter. It was at my door in 2 days!!

Although the product was in perfect condition cosmetically, when the lens was mounted on my camera and the shutter depressed, an Error Code 99 was displayed in the message window. Called the vendor and after a long discussion they agreed to replace the lens with a Canon lens. I had to pay for shpping the product back in order to get the exchange. I will see how prompt they provide the replacement lens.

Had a problem with the first lens rec'd and called them.
Talked to a pleasant lady who said to send the lens back and they would send a new one. Did and rec'd the replacement lens the following week. All the people I talked to a Sigma 4 Less were very pleasant and professional.

I ordered in Sigma 4 Less Nikkor 18-200. After my credit card has been charged , the goods to me did not send. While I have not sent under their requirement a copy of my credit card on e-mail.
On a site it was offered to me to choose delivery through USPS Global Express. But service USPS Global Express in territory of Russia does not exist. Operate FedEx, TNT, DHL and others. Therefore I had to spend two days to receive your lens through customs at post office. Having paid thus 202 $. Thus conditions of delivery neither on terms nor at cost have not been satisfied. I have written about it in Sigma 4 Less and have put documents proving it. Also has received the answer, that I so have chosen. It is shocking! |

My purchase was an import or gray market lens without a proper manufacturer's warranty. The initial marketing information did not include this clearly when I made my purchase. The same lens is now marketed correctly. I returned the product to the merchant within the terms of their return policy. However, it was very difficult to communicate with the merchant AFTER the initial purchase was made.

The website was not designed very well and after I made my purchase selections and created my account the items in the shopping cart were lost and I had to re-enter the items that I wanted to purchase over again. The website was a little difficult to navigate and did not seem %100 professional. After giving my credit card number and making the purchase I was not sure if I had made a mistake in choosing this vendor since they did not fullfill my order immediately. After placing my order at 2pm on Wednesday with 3day select shipping, Sigma 4 Less gave me a phone call the next day which I was unable to return due to their limited customer service hours and my limited time and basically the phone message said "please call us about your recent order" and this put up all sorts of red flags for me since I have experienced some very questionable business practices from other internet camera vendors in the past and thought they might be trying to sell me some other price inflated products or tell me that the items were not in stock. I emailed Sigma 4 Less and said please just fullfill my order, is there some problem? I did not get a reply until Monday and they said the phone call was to confirm the order and that since I replied my order has been shipped. I replied with another email and said that they should have indicated during the ordering process that a follow up confirmation call would complete the order process and Sigma 4 Less replied by saying "sorry for the inconvenience, we could ship it to where ever you are going to be on your trip." Well since they had supposedly already shipped the order this seemed like an empty gesture. Sigma 4 Less ended up waiting to ship my order until Monday and even though they upgraded the shipping to second day air for free, it still arrived late and after I had already left for my vacation. I think that this vendor is not quite first rate but does have some very reasonable prices and does seem to care about satisfying thier customers. I might try ordering again from them but not if it is a major purchase or something I need shipped under a tight deadline.
