Ordered Konica Minolta Normal AF 50 mm f/1.7 on line; the web site stated that the lens is new. When I got it it turned out that the original box is extremely old, the inner packing was certainly not the original one (did not fit right) and, as you already could guess, the lens has been used. There were greasy fingerprints on the optic lens, there were also tiny specks of dust on the inner side of the lens.

No, thank you. No more Sigma4Less. I only hope they will not cause any problems with my return...

Overall a good shopping experience. The items I ordered were all in stock and shipped promptly. The order was shipped USPS to Canada. The customs brokerage was only $8 plus our local sales taxes. It arrived at my post office in under 1 week all in good working order. I even go a nice sharp copy of the Sigma 10-20mm lens. The only caveat is their higher shipping charges - much more so than others from NY but it can be made up and then some by their much lower prices as long as your order is for a meaningful quantity of stuff.

I was unaware that an "imported" lens meant that when I got my lens, I would be unable to read any of the supporting literature because it was in an Asian script. As a result, I couldn't get my rebate and don't know if I have a warranty. Part of that is my fault, but information from the company would have helped greatly. They did get it to me in good time, though, and it works well.

Sigma 4 Less is a must try shopping online store. It has good customer service and on-time delivery. Although not all the products that can be found but still worth a visit to try your luck as they service is excellent.

It was a good experience, the price was right, but the shipping was not what I expected, I paid extra for next day delivery, but they used fedex ground which requires someone to sign before taking the delivery, which did not work well for me since I was not home to sign in, and I had to wait for the following day in order to receive the order, which was an inconvience to me.

I purchased an lc-5 remote. Only sigma 4 less and one other place even had it and sigma for less had a much better price. I also order some lenses from some place else the day before and received my order from sigma 4 less before i received that order. The service and price has made me a believer in sigma 4 less.
