I have used this company for several years now for revolution products for my cats. I have received nothing but outstanding service from them! So much so, that I have recommended them to other family and friends who have also used them frequently with no problems! As far as the packaging being crushed, it seems to me that they perhaps flatten them, to fit in the envelopes better, but it still offers more protection for the tubes than it would if they mailed them without the boxes! I don't have a problem with them! The only thing I would like to see different, is that if they offered a discount for frequent shoppers! It gets expensive treating 5 cats each month!

I recently purchased a six month supply of revolution from Pet Products on the Web, but PayPal used an incorrect shipping address. I've tried to contact Pet Products on the Web over 6 times by email (because there is no phone/fax number listed on the website) and have had 0 responses. Does anyone know a phone number or any other way to contact this company? My PayPal account has already been debited $50 and I have no idea if PPotW sent the product to the correct address.

Ordered a few items from this company, included in the order was a 12 months supply of Interceptor for Dogs when I received it the boxes were crushed and were different from what I normally get. The order was questionable so I mailed the boxes back and got in contact with the seller indicating that to him. It is now June and have yet to receive a response. I keep getting the same emails stating "I will check the office." Save your money don't shop with them...they are better more professional online companies out there. Stay Away!!

Poor, not the same Frontline Plus that covers TICKS

I ordered this Frontline Plus from Pet Products and it is misleading because it's not for TICKS! I was very disappointed and now my cats are full of TICKS! I wasted my money on this product and now I have to reorder a product that covers TICKS!

The Frontline for Cats listed was not available at either of the two low prices listed. If the product is not available, it should not be there to waste our time.
