I have placed an order with Pet Street mall. I have ordered from them before in the past and had a good experience. I called to make sure everything was in stock and placed my order over the phone with a female. I placed my order yesterday and it has already been shipped out they tracking number that was provided to me said I would have my package on monday! I'm very excited and so far they have done a great job! ;) Thanks again Pet Street mall!

PetStreetMall has been my worst on-line experience ever.
-I ordered a pair of size MEDIUM MuttLuks. -The confirmation email did not specify what size I ordered. -A set of size ITTYBITTY was delivered a full month after the order date. -Customer service can only be contacted via e-mail. -After a painfully slow exchange of email, the customer service rep (Maureen) promised they would make good on the original order by exchanging the wrong size for the correct size. -Three weeks after receiving the wrong item (where I paid for return shipping), they credited my account (minus a restocking fee). -After contacting them (via email) with their email saying they would exchange, I was told "We never do exchanges, so we issued you a credit." I can only say AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH PETSTREETMALL. Hopefully they will go out of business. |

Easy, no problems. I called Pet Street Mall inquiring about an invisible fence. The customer service rep was very courteous and helpful. They assured me that the item was in stock and that I would receive it in 3-5 business days, which I did.
Before purchasing, I, of course, familiarized myself with their policies, being that I have seen some negative review here. Most of the policies seem reasonable, and if I didn't agree with any of the policies, I would simply shop somewhere else. Thank you Pet Street Mall for stating your processes clearly and following through on them. |

I ordered 2 bark collars which were advertised as being FREE 2 DAY SHIPPING. What a joke. 3 days after placing order I still did not know if it had shipped or not. Sent e-mail which was ignored, telling them to please let me know the status of order. No response. Next day I called and was told they had just shipped that day. Still have not received them. I do a lot of online ordering. This is the worse online retailer I have run into. BEWARE IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM.

I spoke with a specialist about a wireless dog fence. They assured me it would work with my property. The circle containment does not work well in a home yard scenario. I would avoid buying this system. Worse part of shopping experience was RETURNS. Be careful with this site, read all the small print because they will hold you to it. Basically it cost me $70 bucks to try their wireless system, find out it doesn't work well, and then return it. Their customer service manager has no manners and he doesn't know how to speak to customers.I would never shop their website again, and I would advise you to try some of the more trusted sites that have better return policies. I was very disappointed with my whole shopping experience.

while shopping/payment is easy enough, the rest of my experience has been horrible.
I ordered rawhide chews, after patiently waiting and reassurance the the order was processing, it did show up after about 5 weeks. I figured that since the prices were low, I could just plan ahead and order before I ran out. I placed an order in November 2006. In January I sent an email which requested an update which was never answered. It is now march, I have no update, no produce, no response to inquiries. My advice is to avoid this seller. Bad experience all the way around. |

I ordered on line recently, and after reading all the awful reviews, I called to cancel the next morning. They answered the phone immediately and were very polite and accepting of my desire to cancel. They handled it so well that I decided NOT to cancel. They stated the item was in stock and would ship from Ohio on that day, which it did. I received it in a matter of days and it is perfect. This was an item that retails for $129 elsewhere. I paid $74.95 and no shipping charges (a large canine cooler pet bed). Very happy!

Bull. After ordering 2 bark collars, I sent an email 8 days later inquiring about shipment. No response. 14 days after ordering I called their 800 number and spoke with someone that sounded like a teenager in the warehouse. It was then I found out that the collars were on backorder. He promised to call me back with more info but never did. The site never said the collars were backordered and I was never informed that they were. Their warehouse is apparently in Ohio while their business is in Florida. I gather that they don't stock their own inventory. Avoid like the plague. |

I ordered online from Pet Street Mall on 1/12/07. Their shipping policy stated that most packages arrive in 3 to 5 business days. After two weeks I called only to find that the item is on "back-order" and may be another two weeks. Worthless account information, no e-mails about delay. Cancelled my order!

This place is a joke. I like others have had very bad luck returning a dog door and getting my credit card refunded. Its been a month since they received the door VIA UPS, and they won't answer emails. Stay away from this site.

Don't try to save a few dollars by shopping here. Their return policy is bogus. They lead you to believe you can return something within 60 days, but twist their "satisfaction policy" around so that it really means yes you can return it, but don't expect all of your money back. Very deceitful company. I'd NEVER shop there again. Save yourself the aggravation.

I would like to say and I am a proud shopper at Pet street mall. Every time I have placed an order with their company. Their customer service has been more then helpful for me. With question on how the products work, or the size of something to make sure it fits my needs. I have bee a return customer for a while now and I would be more then happy to continue shopping with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

I got innotek fence wire for 2 acres. my dobie was trained in 5 weeks and does not use the colar anymore.
the product was excellent, customer service[I had a question regarding the alarm] was good and service and delivery from petstreetmall was perfect. I recommend petstreetmall and ultrasmart innotek to anyone with a running or difficult dog. It is well worth the price. |

Hi I bought a underground fence and they charged my credit card two times. I have called them over 8 times and they keep saying they will give me my money back on the double billing but they don't. They are liars, STAY AWAY from this vendor. NOTHING but problems and lies from them. I am now having to file the complaint with Credit Card company to get my money back

Avoid this vendor: On 2 of 3 separate occasions, they either sent the wrong items or overcharged my card and never resolved the issue. Had to call twice to resolve the wrong product issue. This last time, after 8 phone calls over a 6-week period to resolve the overcharge, I finally went through my credit card company. Their untrained, uninformed, and unconcerned sales people are more interested in telling you how messed up their internal ordering systems are than resolving issues. Three strikes and they're out. Overall feel is of a poorly run business being run from someone's garage. BAD company to order from. Very BAD.

I placed an order with Pet Street Mall before reading prior negative posts here. I got apprehensive and that apprehension set in even greater as I received my order and realized that I had ordered the wrong item. Prepared for a headache, I called Pet Street Mall. To my surprise they were very eager to help and eager to get my Jack Russell the right bed. I received an RGA number on the spot and received the right item 3 days later. Pet Street Mall may have had a customer service issue at one time but they appear to have fixed it. I would purchase from them again, highly recommended! |

Placing the order and delivery were quick and easy, however don't ever try to return a product. Not only will you receive poor customer service it will take a month to have the money show back up on your credit card and then it won't even be the right amount.
A company only concerned with the sell and not about keeping customers happy or satisfied. |

Liars - I called to place an order to verify the item was in stock and they proceeded to tell me they had plenty in stock. When I didn't receive the product in the next 7 days, I called and was then informed that the item was backordered and would ship that next day. Another 7 days later I called to find out they never got the shipment from the manufacturer, but they were supposed to get a shipment the next day and it would be shipped to me by the following day. I just checked their site and they are still saying the item is 'In stock'!!!! Don't believe a word they say - stay away from this online store!!!

PetStreetMall.com charged my credit card the day I made my $260 purchase then never completed the order with the manufacturer. Lazy, cavalier telephone representatives never actually checked the order status when I inquired about delivery after 2 weeks, but continually informed me that the item was "on it's way". I had to call the manufacturer directly (after 17 days) to learn that the order was placed without a shipping address, and that Pet Street Mall ignored repeated requests for the shipping information. There is no discernible hierarchy of leadership among the staff. The so-called supervisor is as incompetent as the front line telephone staff.
