Quite happy with the purchase experience with one exception. I was unable to purchase all the products that I wanted as some were not available to ship to Canada. That wouldn't have been so bad, except that they were the specific products that initiated my purchase in the first place (Felliway Diffuser & Refills).

I always shop at petsmart. I enjoy the free shipping and it sames me time because I am married to a disabled veteran, he requires a lot of attention and time so shopping from our house helps alot.

There is almost no product information, eg., analysis of the cat foods (% protein, % fat etc.) or of the ingredients. I had to refer to other online sites for this information. Also, the articles are boxed up in really cheap lightweight shipping boxes and barely sealed with paper tape. I've shopped off and on at the PetsMart website, but it's too much of a chore. Next time, it'll be Petco. They have oodles of product info. Also, Drs. Foster & Smith have a great website, their shipping cartons are very sturdy and well packed, and I get everything in less than a week without upgrading shipping.

The online price was substantially lower than the in store price. Free shipping over $25 was great. Even the $8 surcharge for large pkgs kept the price way lower than the store. Pkgs came quickly and in good condition.
