After ordering a 50 plus dollar Christmas shipment from PetsMart.com,ON DEC. 9, they have misplaced the order - and then reshipped it today - but got it wrong.
I have dealt with the Customer Care line 4 times. 3 out of 4 were totally incompetent. The last seems promising, but we'll see. I was friendly with them the whole time, although I wanted to lose my cool about 20 times. This is so frustrating.
The children thought Santa hated their dog... It was terrible. We wrapped up a few cans of dog food that we had in the cupboard - quickly.
Now we will have to wait until next Friday for half the shipment, and the following Monday for the rest.
I've never had a problem in the store, everyone is friendly, it's cleaner than PetCo etc... But I think from now on I will stick to the Mom n' Pop type stores as much as possible from now on. Excuse my grammar and spelling - I'm exhausted. Just thought I'd warn people about online shopping for PetsMart. I think expecting a package in time for Christmas by Dec. 9 is not asking any great task. The retail rule of thumb is usually to order by the 11th. Here I thought I was being shipment saavy.
