I love to be able to get my fish food, dog food and treats all in one place. The customer service is very good. Anytime you need help finding a product or carrying a heavy bag of dog food, there is someone to help you. The checkout is pretty speedy as well. There are even pet classes you can sign up for. We have been shopping at our local PetsMart for over 7 years for all our pet food needs, bedding, treats, collars, leashes, toys and shampoos and flea/tick products. They have a great grooming service as well. It is streamlined and efficient. There is a vet clinic that your dog can be seen for preventive care or sick care. One thing that I like about
PetsMart is that you can take your dog in to shop with you. This way they can pick out their own toy for your purchase. It could help in picking out a pet bed if you are not sure how big a size to get. Or trying on collars would be easier then you don't have to return it if the size is wrong.
