Pet Mountain pricing is very competitive. The negative part is my last purchasing experience. I order 3 items and they only ship 2. They notified me after the shipment was made. It was too late for me to cancel. The main reason I purcashed 3 items at the same time iwas to save shipping cost. In this case, they still charge me the same shipping fees even short ship an item. In my opinion, this is a very bad busness practice. I will stop purcahsing from Pet Mountian from now on.

Very easy to browse their site, close up pictures of products are very helpfull and easy order and check out system. I have ordered many times in last 4 years and they ALWAYS get my order correct. Shipping is not the fastest, but I can't complain because I always use the free shipping. Great product assortment too!

This was my first experience w? this co. I found the cost of shipping to be too high. Tha product arrived without complete instructions for use. Those two issues leaves me less likely to shop w/them again. I would definitely shop around for better shipping fees and utilize a co. proven to provide complete satisfaction.

One product leaked a little during shipping obliterating directions. Upon request directions were immediately e-mailed to me. One item shipped was incorrect. The return of this item and replacement with the correct item were done promptly and efficiently. Would definitely use this company in the future.

I'm a repeat customer. I received a great price along with additional discount coupon through email. I love the fact that I got exactly what I needed and it was shipped very quickly. The website is very easy to navigate. I'm Happy. I'll be back. I also ordered an additional pump since I got such a great price.

I placed two orders at Pet Mountain. The first went smoothly, with minor damage to one item that I didn't bother reporting. On the second, Pet Mountain was advertising a 10% discount on Google. However, when I submitted my order, only a 5% discount was available. I still submitted my order (I needed the items and it was past COB), but followed up with an email requesting the advertised 10% discount. I also took a screenshot to prove it had been advertised. The next day I received an email response from Pet Mountain customer support, saying that they were only offering a 5% discount. I checked, and they had taken down the Google ad offering 10%. The email response completely ignored the fact that they had advertised a discount of 10%-- didn't even deal with the issue. If customer service had at least been honest and said something like, "We forgot to take down that ad" or "The ad was in error", I could at least understand. To respond by silently pulling the ad and ignoring my request was completely dishonest. I followed up by email twice after that, but both emails were ignored. I will not deal with Pet Mountain again, although their prices are generally decent. I would prefer to deal with a reputable dealer that does not lie about the existence of an offer and then ignore me.
