I think they are a SCAM!  My wife (who is physically challenged) bought a light bulb and realized within seconds of placing the order that she had mistakenly gotten the wrong length.  The site does not allow for cancellations, so she followed the link for returns.  She also sent an email letting them know to NOT ship and not to charge our debit card.  That following Monday, she got an email confirming her shipment. She again emailed NOT to ship.  It shipped anyways.
We refused the shipment at the door and pet mountian got it back on 5/22. They did not refund until 6/3, but then only gave back $12.84 of the $33.23 purchase price.  I called as my wife is not able to, and spoke with Melia(sp?) she was incredibally RUDE! I then talked to a supervisor named Kristin and she was even worse!  After KNOWING that my wife is physically challenged, she says my wife is stupid for not reading all the fine print. 

The bulb cost $24.24 plus shipping.  I was told shipping and 10% of the purchase would not be refunded.  Do the math and we should have gotten $21.84 back. See the error? 

A refund was refused and we are out the remaining money.

These guys are CROOKS!!!
