I have used and will continue to use PetFoodDirect.com. I will be selective as to when and how I use it though.

As of yet I have only purchased Eukanuba dry dog food from them. I buy that dog food exclusively for my four dogs. They love it and it keeps them healthy. I haven't needed to make any other purchases from this site as of yet.

When I purchase my Eukanuba through them it does cost me more than when I take a drive to Petsmart and pick it up myself there. I find it somewhat hard for me to pick up and carry a huge ( 40 lbs. for me is huge) bag of dry dog food and wrestle it to my car. Because of this I watch for the good deal times on PetFoodDirect.com and make purchases from them at that time. Even then, I am still paying more. I have already spent as much as $6.00 more to purchase through them, even when I figure in my extra rebate, which I will explain in a moment.

The service from PetFoodDirect.com is terrific. When I place an order I am supplied with a printable receipt page. I print it and keep it until my order arrives. I can also track the order online. I really like both of those features. I always select standard shipping, and I get my order within a few days. The last time it only took two days from the time I placed the order. I really don't know how they managed that one. It usually takes me three or four days. Never more than four days. That is a great feature too. I can wait until I am almost out of food and still get it in plenty of time. The food comes packed in a sturdy box. I have ordered more than one bag at a time on occasion and been able to store it easily because of that. I had ordered online from another place once before and it didn't come in a box. The end of the package was coming apart and a small amount of dog food had begun to leak out.

I have ordered repeatedly from this company. I want to emphasize that point because as many times as I have ordered from them, I have never had any kind of problem with them.

Although I haven't ordered anything other than dog food from them, I have noticed that they do have a very wide variety of other foods and supplies for just about any pet you would choose to have. Toys, equipment, medications, dietary supplements, shampoos and grooming aids are just some of the items they carry. It is interesting just to browse the website. The website itself is very easy and quick to navigate. It tracks your order and shipping costs as you go along too. That is a good feature for someone like me who doesn't want to go overboard on cost but wants to keep shopping.

If you decide to shop at PetFoodDirect.com, there is a way to get a bit of a discount when you shop. First go to igain.com. If you aren't registered with them, get registered. It is a rebate type website with a good many stores to chose from when shopping. PetFoodDirect.com is one of those stores. Make sure to go to the igain.com website and then click onto PetFoodDirect.com from there. When you do this you will get a rebate added to your igain account after your order is shipped from PetFoodDirect.com. You can let your igain rebates add up for awhile or ask them to send you a check. Either way it is good to know you have a little money coming back to you. I think you can even chose to have igain.com send this rebate money to a charity for you.

Try PetFoodDirect.com. It is one of the good ones even if you could drive to a store and get something a bit cheaper. The convenience is well worth it a lot of the time. You can count on timely and safe delivery. I have never had a mistake in my order. Go ahead, give it a try.
