I don't recall how I happened upon this site but I can only say it has improved my life drastically. I have 14 cats that are fed Wellness Indoor Cat dry food and Wellness 12.5 oz cans of Chicken Cat food. My local stores have to special order this size can and refuse to sell it from the shelf because they make more $ selling the small size can per shelf space. If I don't remember to place my order in time I'm out of luck and end up paying more for a smaller quantity per can. Out of necessity I decided there had to be a better way to acquire cat food than to have to go to the store and schlepp all this heavy food home. Not with PetFoodDirect. They have an Autoship service and because my monthly order is above $100 I receive a discount which makes my shipping total no more than $4 and everything is tax free because of where I live. So, I pay no tax, minimal shipping, delivery to my doorstep and everything is perfect in my cat world. I have ventured into my local stores that do sell Wellness and the markup is atrocious compared to this site. PetFoodDirect is pleasant to deal with although sometimes they are quite busy and you'll have to leave a voicemail, which I never have and periodically their computers are slow. The food is always fresh, cans undented and all intelligently packaged. Only one time did I have a grievance but that was due to the shippers man handling of my boxes, not PetFoodDirect's error. Lastly, they have extensive lines of very high quality food that is no easily found in the average local pet specialty store.
