Poor Customer Service Buyer Beware

The convenience is great, delivered heavy pet items to your home but the difficulty starts when you have a problem. I received a partial order and was charged for the whole order so I thought the rest of the order would be coming any day but after I week I contacted customer service. I had been charged for the whole order including shipping. Customer service said oh sorry we will send other items at no additional charge, as though they were giving me a deal. No explanation. I even offered the small box with UPS details so they would know they had charged me for items and shipping I didn't receive. I was on the monthly plan so I said I wanted to cancel because of this they said okay. No offer of compensation, discount or even acknowledgment of their problem. You cannot see your orders online or check status. They say call or email customer service and we will gladly help. The customer service I received I was poor and they do not communicate about order status. You can only change a monthly subscription order by calling or emailing customer service. They have a larger variety of products than most but they need to concentrate on shipping and billing correctly and customer service. They also need to update account and order status by email and on the website.
