I ordered an expensive 16 x 20 print on canvas, a gift for my wife.
My photo was excellent...their print was dark and gloomy. The green grass in my photo turned out black in their print. When I complained to customer service they said it was not their fault and offered me a 30% discount on a future order. What good is a discount on a bad quality product?! I am very disappointed and would never purchase from them again! |

Customer Service was horrible. Be careful when you check your order preview before you pay. I checked the spelling, date, and design. I did not pay attention to where the picture got cut off on the stickers I ordered. The neck and foot of the body image I ordered was cut off from the sticker. When I called customer service they said it was my fault. i didn't check it well enough. i would not recommend this company nor would i order from it again.

One of the Christmas gifts I ordered was a pair of shorts. I ordered an Adult Large size and when i recieved them in the mail-- the material was very cheap, and not only that the shorts were TINY as hell! They looked like they would fit a teen size small... NOT very impressed, and when i emailed them all I recieved was a response about their 'no return' policy. Now I have to buy ANOTHER gift and I am stuck with these tiny shorts that have someone else's name on them....

Ordered a few hundred dollars of frames and also ended up ordering a glass ornament. I chose the personalization to say "our family". In the review section it shows just what I wrote and on my receipt they put in my packing list it shows name: our family ... HOWEVER they printed "THE OUR FAMILY" when I emailed them asking for a replacement they responded by saying the word "the" is not removable and there's is nothing they are willing to do and refunds aren't an option since its personalized. I wrote back with a copy of my email confirmation and packing slip that does not show the word "the" & again they responded saying personalized items aren't refundable. WHAT THE HECK!!!!

They suck!!!!!!!! I had problems with my ornaments. The year was supposed to say 2011 and they came as 2022. I had to send them a photo of the ornaments—like I was lying about it. When spoke to the manger and she said she would have new ornament shipped out the next day. The ornaments did not arrive, so I called and another manger said there was a problem with production---they did not email me or call to let me know. They were supposed to call me back and I did not receive a call. I called today and she said she had to look further into it. After no call back for hours I called her THREE times she said they sent them out. The third time I called today I was disconnected by customer service rep (probably hung up on) and when I called back she must have recognized my number because she transferred me to the manager without speaking to me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I’m so glad I didn’t wait until December to order these as I give them as gifts and would not have had time to find replacements. |

Ordered Easter gifts which included a front yard sign for granddaughters and daughter. Gifts made it but not the sign. Once the order had been placed a note was slipped on the bottom of the sign that it would ship separately. Did not arrive for Easter and still has not arrived. Complained to company but they will not take responsibility.

Horrible company. Daughter stationed in Afghanistan, she ordered her dad a gift. THEY misspelled his name and then told me that I would have to pay 70% of the original price (not even the lower after Christmas price) in order to get another one made. My daughter called on Christmas and luckily I didn't tell her about the error as she was VERY excited he got his gift. Don't know what to do when she comes home and her dad's name is spelled wrong. Horrible, rip off company. Save your money

The only positive thing was that my order was shipped right away and came promptly but after that things went downhill. The personalized gift was priced at $25 and meant to be a present. Instead the personalization looked like it had been printed on a cheap printer. My cheap printer at home would have done a better job. I will not be shopping here again. Of course there are no returns/refunds on personalized items unless it is not correct.

I had a very negative experience dealing with this website. A product was incorrectly personalized and I was not given the opportunity to receive a corrected item free of charge. The fault was theirs and after talking with 2 different people in customer service, I was stuck with an item that was not to my satisfaction. I do not recommend this company!

I ordered two bowls and two coffee mugs for Christmas. What I received was quite different. I received the coffee mugs as I had ordered, but only one bowl. To make matters worse, the bowl was en-scripted with something completely different than I had ordered. So much for the personalization they claim to offer. When I brought it up with customer service, they refunded me for only one bowl. The price I paid per bowl was $19.95. I was credited only $16. The reason they did not have my order right? The ice cream bowls were out of stock and would not be in until Feb 2010.
The bottom line is, they took my money and promised a product that they did not have in stock. They refunded me less than half of what they charged me, and I had no presents for my grandparents come Christmas morning. |

We ordered a necklace for mom for christmas, the picture was so beautiful and we were so excited. When we got it we were so disappointed, it is very thin metal, and the stones are so small you cannot even see them. The bad part about this is we cannot give this as a gift, and cannot send it back. Now we have to shop for another gift. I will never shop this company again. I have never had any problems online with any other companies.

The engraving on the item I purchased was spelled wrong. After I sent the picture of the mistake, I had to contact them again to ask about the correction. The mistake was theirs. They did replace the product, and the replacement was shipped quickly. I will shop here again, I appreciate the fact that the mistake was corrected, but thought the communication could have been better.

As I wrote in my original message, the lettering on the throw I purchased was nice, but the quality of the throw itself was not. It was not made in the USA, has a wrinkled appearance, especially in the area of the embroidery, and I felt embarrassed to give it as a gift. I was informed that the item could not be returned or exchanged because of the personalization, I would understand that, but I did not anticipate being dissatisfied with the fabric itself.....there was no way I could have predicted that. I expected you to stand behind your product and you did not, I won't make this mistake again.
