The aging prescription came in the wrong name, the representative was very unfriendly when I called in about my problem. Received the corrected item way past the time frame needed. The bottle of wine came and the way the wrap met to display the greeting came together and ended with a seam right between all the wording down the front(Is that where it should be placed?) I also e-mailed customer service re: my first order & concerns with the representative but, I got no feedback. Again, will elaborate the old saying "first impressions" I am in business and my companys reputation speaks loudly, in todays crunching economy if your customer is not happy they are your buyer/marketing agent therefore to completely not acknowledge previous feedback,nor to rectify the wrong is an unacceptable business decision on your behalf. I feel the credit card should be reimbursed due to the fact that I was able to create the name to cover up the wrong name on the bottle that was first received so, when the second corrected shipment arrived I had no use for them also, The wine bottle was not given because it was completely unpresentable as a gift because of the seam. It is now sitting in my basement. I will be happy to ship these items back to you.

I bought this product for a gift to be sent out of town and the persons it was sent to are away from home so I have not heard from them as to whether they received it or not, but I am sure it has been delivered and is of excellent quality. I always enjoy the selection and the items are very unique. I purchased the wedding picture frame with my son and daugher-in-laws' name last year for a shower gift. Not extremely happy with one of the 3 items I ordered. I would hav thought they would have used a smaller font instead of printing over the picture since they allowed the amount of lettering I had used--and more! I didn't contact the vendor because they have a no return policy.

I did like my purchases, but I do have a suggestion. The t shirts were pretty small. I would like to see a higher quality shirt used, realizing the cost would go up. Or maybe you could offer a higher quality and let folks choose, The t-shirts were ok and I would order them again, infact I have, but knowing that they are made on the smaller side, I ordered larger sizes

They have a large and varied selection of items that are appropriate for many age groups. Their products are attractive and well made. Even if the items ordered have to be custom made, the items arrive in a timely fashion.

Two afghans were purchased for two different people. Names etc.were to be embroidered onto the afghans. This company called to recommend a better way for the wording. I am very pleased with everything with this company and planning on doing more shopping with them in the future. Donna
