Personalization Mall

I shopped this item to my niece in Az. She gave me the wrong address. When I e-mailed the company for advice as to how to correct (since it had already shipped), they said they could do nothing since I had confirmed the info. (which I had) They were no help at all. I finally got in touch with UPS and the item was delivered properly but was broken.I again contacted the co. they re-shipped another bell, but again to the incorrect address. It is in transit as we speak, on it's way to the wrong address. Don't know where it will end up at this point. Very difficult procedures for a fairly simple transaction.

This was a gift mailed directly to recipient. I have not heard from this person yet, so I have no idea if it was received in a timely fashion or in what condition it was received. I actually thought that the way it was worded, the gift card personalization was not being charged for, only after taking the time to complete all the information needed, did a charge appear, and a rather large charge in my opinion. I would not order a card again at that price!

Everything was done by email; the web site was excellent and instructions easily followed. The personalization was shown as to how it would look; printing on the item was perfect. Delivery was made in perfect timing. My sister was very pleased with the gift and I am very pleased with the merchant. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Received an item that did not match what they displayed online.  Don't expect the company to live up to the guarantee.  They don't, we'll unless you consider a 30% discount offer to re-order your item.  (Giving more money to a company that cannot perform the original request.......absurd).  Regardless.....shop elsewhere or beware that you are stuck with their crap.

Horrible service and bad quality!!  I ordered a personalized frame for a wedding gift for my husband.  The frame was very unsymmetrical and uneven.  I sent them an email and had to argue and send many pictures before they agreed to replace it.  I just received the replacement and it's even worse.  They have an attitude, are unresponsive and definitely do not put the customers first.  The quality sucks, too.

Jean R with Personalization Mall.com called me when she read my poor review on the items I received Feb 09. She apologized for the situation, asked me to take a picture of the item and email to her. They had already replaced one of the  2 items. I emailed her the photo within a few hours. She then immediately shipped me a replacement. HORRIBLE customer service, they do not stand behind their product AT ALL.  I ordered an item of clothing from personalizationmall.com.  The 100% cotton item was see-through thin and probably won't last one washing.  I contacted customer service and they claimed they don't take returns.  I put up a fuss and they said they would return it for store credit after I shipped it back to them at my expense.  I complained a little bit more and got them to agree to credit my credit card back.  BUT they will only credit for the original purchase amount, you are not reimbursed for shipping at all.  <br><br>So, I spent almost $30 on an item and after all is said and done, will only be getting back $15.  TERIBBLE customer service from such a high-volume online retailer.  AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Did not recieve items I ordered. Had to continuously (initiate) contact with PM for an update, all they gave me was a canned response. They pretty much now have washed their hands of the whole matter and instructed me to contact UPS, leaving me out the items and my money.  I do alot of online shopping, never have I had customer service as bad as Personalization Mall.

This store is AWFUL. They do not stand behind their products. I ordered a pocket watch from them and the personalization looks horrible, and the watch is not what was pictured. Their stuff is very cheap quality yet it's expensive to buy. And the shipping charges are high. The customer service team is horrible to work with and of course nothing can be returned, which they dont say anywhere until you've bought some of their junk.

I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews I've read. I've had great experiences with this company. I've ordered several items in the past an have always had fast shipping and have been happy with the quality. I recently purchased another item and when I saw shipping was taking longer than usual, I emailed customer service. I emailed them in the evening, and the following morning I received a personal response explaining the manufacturing time would be 3-5 weeks. My only complaint is that it would have been helpful to know this in advance, but since I don't need it in a rush, it's no big deal. It was just great to have a friendly response so quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and would highly recommend this company.
