The engraving on the item I purchased was spelled wrong. After I sent the picture of the mistake, I had to contact them again to ask about the correction. The mistake was theirs. They did replace the product, and the replacement was shipped quickly. I will shop here again, I appreciate the fact that the mistake was corrected, but thought the communication could have been better.

As I wrote in my original message, the lettering on the throw I purchased was nice, but the quality of the throw itself was not. It was not made in the USA, has a wrinkled appearance, especially in the area of the embroidery, and I felt embarrassed to give it as a gift. I was informed that the item could not be returned or exchanged because of the personalization, I would understand that, but I did not anticipate being dissatisfied with the fabric itself.....there was no way I could have predicted that. I expected you to stand behind your product and you did not, I won't make this mistake again.

I loved it that they showed you what your item would look like the way you wanted it personlized before you ordered it. Delivery was very fast and packaged well. I would definately order from them again.

This is a really easy site to use. The reviews from customers are really helpful (I bought both of these based on the reviews). I think the only thing I would change is to package the items (like glasses) in a box, if possible - they would be much easier to store and/or gift that way. I will definitely recommend your site to others!

I had ordered this product, but the mailman had dropped it off at my door and I guess someone stole it, so I had to reorder it again. Had it not been for my daughters birthday, I wouldn't of ordered it again...I just can't see spending that kind of money twice. My only disappointment was the design color of the bowl I had purchased. It appeared to have a dark green line for design, but when it came it was actually black. I would like it if a description of colors were present so we could know that. It is still a nice item and I will keep it. However, I think a bit more detail in descriptions would be nice.

I order 4 sweatshirts. All, but one was as I had ordered. A mistake was made on one of the sweatshirts. I have sent two emails to this company, but have not receioved a response from them. At this point, I am very disappointed in the service I received and willnot shop with them again if they do not correct their mistake. The mug was good quality, one of the names was difficult to read - white lettering on light background. Tried to order monogrammed key ring, had difficulty, called customer service, rep said I HAD to download to view before processing - had difficulty doing that and rep talked to me like I was a computer-illiterate moron. So I hung up and went shopping and got something else.
