The only thing was I was told my item was not on backorder before my purchase by the online chat. Then after my purchase it said the it was backordered. I recieved it christmas eve and it did not look anything like the picture of the ornament online.

About a week after I made this online purchase, my account listed the product as "in the process of being personalized". Then, two weeks later (on 12-22), I looked at my account again and found out that the product is on backorder. I phoned Personal Creations... waited on hold for 25 minutes before I spoke to someone and then found out that the backordered product won't be in to 3-26. I am very unsatisfied with this experience. What exactly were they personalizing is this product was on backorder?? How come I wasn't notified (via email?) that this product isn't available for another three months?? I will never shop at Personal Creations again and have already told my family and friends about this frustrating experience.

The original ornament arrived with the name misspelled even though the correct spelling was on the packing slip. It took awhile to find a phone number on your website (it was not listed on the packing slip), took 2 days to actually talk to a representative and that was after being on hold for about 30 min. There was no problem with getting a replacement and it did arrive in time for Christmas. The difficulty with being able to contact someone with a phone call would be my only complaint.

This was the only place I could locate this particular ornament. Had I waited I could have purchased it at no cost for personalization at another website. They were all over the place a week after placing my order. My bad. Next time I'll continue to look on the web for the same merchandise at a cheaper price.

I was very pleased with the ease and speed of ordering and receiving the product. One suggestion I would have is that the ornament I ordered didn't have enough 'heads' for all my siblings--I had to leave off one of my brothers. I hope he'll understand.

There was an error with the name of person ordering. I tried several times to reach someone to correct this & when I finally did she had an attitude. I have never before been dissatisfied with the products I have ordered or the service. I felt this product was not what I had anticipated.

miscommunication with order delayed one of the Santa letters - my grandson received his; my granddaughter's order was cancelled as it was thought of as a duplicate order.

Twice I called to tell them they misspelled the personalized name on the doll cases. They sent new ones out and spelled it wrong again. I called and called, waited 30 minutes on hold two days in a row and customer service never picked up my call. I then sent an e-mail and it is now 3 days later and no response. If they are going to specialize in personal creations, then they should concentrate when finalizing orders and following the work order with correct spelling of names.

i am still waiting for a personalized christmas ornament that is handpainted. When i placed a second order, I asked when this ornament would arrive from my first order, and the telephone operator could not tell me. I hope it arrives this week.

Pretty upset that the price shown in the catalogue is not the actual price after personalizing. After all, I expect "Personal Creations" to be personalized. The price listed should be the price with the personalization included. or, list the price of the personalization next to the item. I recieved the door mats right away, but the bear still hasn't arrived.

The product I ordered was not delivered in time frame which they specified. 

Also, I had them shipped it to another address as it was a gift, but  SURPRISE! on the outside of box the contents were listed.  If I had been told that the "gift" was going to be disclosed on THE SHIPPING box, I'd have shipped to myself and THEN mailed it.  I got NO help from company.  Scr*ew you was bottom line.  They got my money; I had to go and buy another gift!
