I have ordered several times from Personal Creations. Their products have always met my expectations. The personalization has always been accurate. Generally the prices seem high, so I don't order frequently. But occasionally (like this past order), I find things on clearance and then the price seems more reasonable. Sometimes the site does not give me as much detail as I would like regarding a product. When that is the case and I cannot reach a customer service representative, I simply do not order since personalized items are not returnable.

they have great items at very good prices. Their time to personalize items takes a bit long at times. I've ordered from other companys that personaliz items and they have their items shipped out within two days of placing the order. Many itesm from personal creations can take between 3 - 4 weeks for delivery - that seems a bit long. When mistakes have been made on personalized items they are always very good about replacing the item at no cost once they determine the error was their fault.

I am very happy that I found Personal Creations while searching for an online shop. I found many great gift ideas that I could personalize for various occassions: anniversaries, weddings, retirement. The only thing that disappointed me was that 2 of my gifts could not be shipped to Canada, but I was determined to buy the gifts so I found American addresses of friends that I could send them to.

I have not received the book yet and am not sure when it will arrive. Only after I went on-line did I find out the status of my purchase. No one has contacted me from Personal Creation. This will probably be my only purchase from this company. It takes entirely too long and communication between consumer and customer is abysmal.

I have ordered many times with Personal Creations, the irritating thing is I usually DO NOT receive a confirmation in my email once I have purchased, so when I try to track my order their website does not allow it unless you enter the order number, which I typically DO NOT HAVE. Even if you log into your account it still does not let you view your order, you have to enter your order number, that is just dumb. Once you are logged in to your account you should be able to find any info, especially your order. Besides that, I am typically happy with what I purchase.

I will never use this company again and can't wait to get off their mailing list. Although I liked the product I ordered, it was not worth the hassle. I ordered a group of letters to spell my MIL's name, one of the letters they sent was wrong. I tried to call customer service and always got one of two messages, either "we're too busy to take your call, call some other time" or "our offices are closed." I sent two emails via their website, neither of which were returned. I ended up having to reorder the missing letter because the gift was pointless without it, I didn't dare return the product b/c I had a feeling it would vanish into the ether, I'd never get a refund, and never be able to contact them. Although the catalog is full of cute things, I will never, ever, ever buy from them again. They may have made a few extra $s in the short run by forcing me to reorder, but they've lost more in the long run-my MIL loves the kind of stuff they sell, but I will buy it somewhere else.

The absolute worst company and customer service. They cancelled my order without informing me as they ran out of the item, BUT, they sent the personalized greeting card to the recipient without the gift!!!!! AND they charged me $15.19 to embarrass my husband and I. The recipient called and told us they got a card and a backorder notice!!! Now they won't refund my money --- keep telling me they are backlogged. Oh I also got a letter from the on the 22nd of December expressing their regrets, but they had to cancel my order. DON'T ever waste your time with them.

This company has a wide variety of very unique products. However, their customer service is horrendous. I placed an order for 2 products on December 9, 2007. The product in question indicated "Order by December 11 for Christmas delivery." I received the first of two products quickly. However, packaged with the shipment was ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S product. I tried to call the company to ask them what to do with it. My call in the evening, I waited on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. I tried back in the morning and was greeted with a message that they were too busy and I should try back later. I emailed them and never received a response. It is December 26 and the 2nd product has yet to arrive. Their online order status service returns a server error when I try to look up my order. I am on hold now and have been for 1 hour and 11 minutes. Beware of the horrible customer service if you order anything from this company. Use a quality credit card for the purchase because based on these experiences, the only recourse you may have is to dispute transactions that aren't satisfactory.

As many others have stated my experience with this company has been less than adequate. I ordered four items for Christmas 2007-three of the four arrived quickly, but one has yet to be seen. The website claims its backordered and the keep changing the backorder date closer and closer to Christmas. There's no way it will arrive in time. I tried calling customer service dozens of times only to receive a busy signal. Finally late in the night I got through after waiting one and half hours on hold. The representative was rude and unhelpful. I asked if there was some type of coupon or discount they could give me due to the long wait. She told me know. I told her I won't be shopping there again. This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with recently. Buy somewhere else.

WORST customer service EVER! Good ideas for gifts, but the wrong people working there. I have filled out their form ( 4 times ) and waited 48 hours for a response... NOTHING. I have called, they won't let you talk to a manager. I tried the on line chat, they say they can't do anything but order. WHAT is going on? I spent $500 on 13 Christmas Gifts on the first of November... I still don't have it and they can't tell me if I will have it in time for Christmas. I asked them for a refund so I could go buy 13 other gifts... they said NO CAN DO. They need a customer service MAKE OVER. The only thing they needed to do was answer my email or have a manager call me. 10 min. and the whole thing could have been avoided... but I'm FIRED UP now.

This company was the worst company I have ever dealt with online. It is unreliable.. Just check reviews for this company in google and you will see for yourself. Stay far away! This company is a disaster and I can't see them staying in business very long.
I ordered a personalized gift for Christmas weeks in advanced and I even called their customer service department to confirm I would receive my gift before Christmas and the rep told me definitely that I would. I logged into my account a week later and it showed the status of back ordered. A chat window opened up and it was a customer service rep who I asked what was going on with my order and they just told me they cant help me and they only take new orders... Like I said do yourself a big favor and stay away from this company.. they are a disaster! |

I have had problems in the past with this online store and SWORE i would NEVER purchase from them again - but there were two presents that were so perfect and I couldn't find anywhere else. I figured by ordering them on the 6th of December I'd receive them in plenty of time to get them wrapped and given before everyone breaks for the holidays.
NOPE. AGAIN, I've been disappointed. Which makes no sense - Personalization Mall had my stuff in THREE days. SO, if you find that perfect gift from Personal Creations - live without it. The headache is not worth it. |

I purchased several items from this merchant. The products are cheaply made. One of the items I received was defective. I have tried to contact them twice via their contact form (have had no response) and several times via phone. They have a message that states due to high call volume your call cannot be completed. I have tried calling at all hours and have received the same message. I have not been able to resolve the problem for weeks since there is no way to contact them. Beware of this merchant!
