i am still waiting for a personalized christmas ornament that is handpainted. When i placed a second order, I asked when this ornament would arrive from my first order, and the telephone operator could not tell me. I hope it arrives this week.

Pretty upset that the price shown in the catalogue is not the actual price after personalizing. After all, I expect "Personal Creations" to be personalized. The price listed should be the price with the personalization included. or, list the price of the personalization next to the item. I recieved the door mats right away, but the bear still hasn't arrived.

The product I ordered was not delivered in time frame which they specified. 

Also, I had them shipped it to another address as it was a gift, but  SURPRISE! on the outside of box the contents were listed.  If I had been told that the "gift" was going to be disclosed on THE SHIPPING box, I'd have shipped to myself and THEN mailed it.  I got NO help from company.  Scr*ew you was bottom line.  They got my money; I had to go and buy another gift!

I ordered several unique items to give as gifts after doing an internet search that led me to Personal Creations. I was so pleased with the prompt delivery and the quality of each item that I ordered several additional gifts from Personal Creations approx. two weeks later and was very pleased again for the same reasons. I enjoy gift giving and try to find nice gifts that I believe the receiver will love. Personal Creations has such a huge variety of merchandise to choose from that I feel like I can always find something special for someone. I'm not usually a bargain shopper as much as a determined shopper to find just the right gift for someone. But I have to say that the items I purchased were a great value. The best part of shopping at Personal Creations is having a certain expectation of what the item should be for the price then having the quality exceed all expectations! I don't do surveys at all but I am so pleased with Personal Creations that I felt I just had to tell others what a great place it is to shop for whatever you may need. I really LOVE Personal Creations!

This is the second time that I have ordered from Personal Creations, and the second time that personalization has been off center or crooked. The quality of their products is great, value and selection are very good. I've always received my product on time or early and in good condition. My experience with their personalization has been the problem.

I enjoy shopping with Personal Creations because of their unique selection of items. Adding a name and/or year to an item is soemthing to treasure for years to come. I always enjoyed when my cousin bought me personalized items and now i can do it for my nephews and friends children.

I love their products...merchandise is always high quality. Their shipping rates are sometimes way out of line. They are based on total of purchase, but sometimes it costs more for shipping than it should on super lightweight items (such as the Christmas ornaments or pieces of clothing).

Easy to complete my order on-line. My gift arrived, perfectly packaged, and my daughter and her husband LOVED the gift. The only thing they commented on is that they wish it had come with the "equipment"on the back, from which to hang it, already attached. They were afraid the glass would break when they hammered in the hanger on the back of the picture. (It didn't break)They hung it up immediately. (I happened to be there when it arrived at their home!!) I loved it too!! The "quality" was just what i was hoping for!! Thank you!
