The products are great. The problem was that I had paid for 2-3 day shipping to get an order overseas in time for Christmas... but the package was not shipped in time to receive it in 2-3 days. I sent an email and was answered back and my extra shipping cost was reinbursed. I was pleased about this. Also, I placed two orders within a day of each other and each time I also opted for the $15 coupon to apply to next order but it was not.

VERY disappointed that I wasn't immediately notified that my purchase of 5 personalized ornaments was cancelled because they ran out of the 2, 3 and 4-star kits to personalize. Instead, I called THEM when I noticed my debit card's pending charge was cancelled and never processed. They did send me a small coupon to be used within the next year, and an assurance that they'll get more of that ornament next September. Still, one of the ornaments was for a "2009 first home", which won't be applicable next year.

The only thing was I was told my item was not on backorder before my purchase by the online chat. Then after my purchase it said the it was backordered. I recieved it christmas eve and it did not look anything like the picture of the ornament online.

Had some concerns when I ordered item and at time of order it was in stock and they held funds for item. The next day I received an email stating it was backordered. Was a little worried but in the end it worked out.

About a week after I made this online purchase, my account listed the product as "in the process of being personalized". Then, two weeks later (on 12-22), I looked at my account again and found out that the product is on backorder. I phoned Personal Creations... waited on hold for 25 minutes before I spoke to someone and then found out that the backordered product won't be in to 3-26. I am very unsatisfied with this experience. What exactly were they personalizing is this product was on backorder?? How come I wasn't notified (via email?) that this product isn't available for another three months?? I will never shop at Personal Creations again and have already told my family and friends about this frustrating experience.

The original ornament arrived with the name misspelled even though the correct spelling was on the packing slip. It took awhile to find a phone number on your website (it was not listed on the packing slip), took 2 days to actually talk to a representative and that was after being on hold for about 30 min. There was no problem with getting a replacement and it did arrive in time for Christmas. The difficulty with being able to contact someone with a phone call would be my only complaint.

This was the only place I could locate this particular ornament. Had I waited I could have purchased it at no cost for personalization at another website. They were all over the place a week after placing my order. My bad. Next time I'll continue to look on the web for the same merchandise at a cheaper price.

I was very pleased with the ease and speed of ordering and receiving the product. One suggestion I would have is that the ornament I ordered didn't have enough 'heads' for all my siblings--I had to leave off one of my brothers. I hope he'll understand.

There was an error with the name of person ordering. I tried several times to reach someone to correct this & when I finally did she had an attitude. I have never before been dissatisfied with the products I have ordered or the service. I felt this product was not what I had anticipated.

I have purchased several times from this merchant, with one exception all were quality goods. The purchase I was not satisfied with was the Big Sister Little Sister Bracelets. They appear much larger than they are.
