This was not the first time that I've ordered from Personal Creations and I've been very satisfied with the ordering process as well as the product. The personalized items were well done and all info was always correct. Keep the good quality of product as well as great prices and you will always have my stamped approval.

I was not informed of the fact that they did not receive the correct backpack for personalization. They received pink instead of black (this is for a boy). I was not notified that there was a problem and would cause a delay. The customer service person did not seem to care. I cancelled the order since it was for a birthday present and would not arrive in time even if they got the right item. I was very unhappy with the service. The least they could have done was send me an e-mail telling me about the problem. The only way I discovered that there was a problem was by looking at the website tracking and saw a very small message to call customer service.

I ordered from an e-mail ad that said I got 30% off. In filling out the order form on line, it would not accept it until I finally put in a number from a catalog I had that listed a free shipping charge. I was notified that code was invalaid and I was charged full price. I called, wrote and tried to cancel the order unless I could get the discount. I received the merchandise which is high quality and all, but not the price. I would not have ever bought a baby quilt for what they charged my credit card. They have never responded to my complaints.

Merchandise was wonderfully packed; merchandise was of excellent quality; personalization was EXCELLENT. I am very pleased with this company; it's merchandise; it's personalization; and its packing methods. They have a great variety of merchandise (in my opinion), and I will be back again. I especially loved the canvas stork billboard frame that I had personalized for my granddaughter....never in my life have I seen anything like it, and I know it will be a big hit with her parents when I give it to her. In fact, I'm thinking about getting the other billboard canvas frames (barbecue, Sands hotel, etc)for friends in the near future.

The order was mixed up . The wrong name was on the wrong month . When contacted about this error you would not make good the mistake . I had to pay for it twice . No way to returne the bad product .

I have ordered several times from Personal Creations. Their products have always met my expectations. The personalization has always been accurate. Generally the prices seem high, so I don't order frequently. But occasionally (like this past order), I find things on clearance and then the price seems more reasonable. Sometimes the site does not give me as much detail as I would like regarding a product. When that is the case and I cannot reach a customer service representative, I simply do not order since personalized items are not returnable.

they have great items at very good prices. Their time to personalize items takes a bit long at times. I've ordered from other companys that personaliz items and they have their items shipped out within two days of placing the order. Many itesm from personal creations can take between 3 - 4 weeks for delivery - that seems a bit long. When mistakes have been made on personalized items they are always very good about replacing the item at no cost once they determine the error was their fault.
