Horrible experience! I ordered 2 dozen steriCloth critical coverage gowns for my dental office. The picture in their online catalog had a light blue fabric covering the critical areas and dark blue in the rest. When I received the shipment, I saw that the gowns were a solid blue color and the fabric was cheap and very heavy...like sail cloths and the weaves on the gown were definitely not waterproof...the gowns were huge and poorly made...in addition, the label inside the gowns said not to use Bleach....this is a surgical gown....usually bleach is used to disinfect these gowns as a standard of care! When I contacted the company, they claimed that those were the gowns pictured in their catalog....I went back to their web site and confirmed that the image online had two colors on the gown AND that the gowns they sent me were not the same. This is a bait and switch! Then their personnel(s) had the nerve to tell me that I could return the gowns but would be charged shipping fees both ways plus a 10% restocking fee if I do! I immediately contacted my credit card company to dispute their charges...At this moment, they still have not given me an address to return the gowns to. I will never do business with these people again! I warn others to be careful if you want to order from them!
