I ordered the "Grandma's Little Flakes" sweatshirt for my mother. The description of it read "no 2 little flakes are alike and that is why Grandma will delight in the UNIQUELY garbed snowmen". Their website had a picture of it with 7 different and unique snowmen or "flakes" Well, the sweatshirt arrived and 2 of her 4 flakes (or grandchildren) were identical. I called customer service that day and thought the problem was taken care of when the representative told me they would ship me a new one immediately. Well, I called back again 1 week later to check on progress and was told that I would not be receiving a replacement because there was nothing wrong with it. I was told that there was no guarantee that the snowmen, or flakes, would not be identical???!!! I am out over $40 now when you factor in the shipping fee ($9) and the personalization fee ($3.50). Wow, I'll be truly surprised if this merchant is still in business 1 year from now!

I purchased the all american wall letters that all were delivered seperatly( which i knew but than the order was mixed up and i didnt receive the letters they said were sent together and do i called and was told maybe it was still at the warehouse. I would suggest Personal creations make sure all the letters were ready to go altogether to ensure all the letters were being shipped at once instead of individual letters, it was so fustrating telling the costumer service i was still missing letters( I couldnt hang them unless i had all the letters for my sons name anyway!!!)

I thought your web site very easy to manage. It was clear, easy to browse and find specific items. I was very excited to find an engagement ornament for my son that not only was cute but had options for hair color for both the girl and boy. Each year I have given my children a special ornament that related to their past year. This was a very special year. Thank you for making it a moment to hang on the tree for a lifetime.

I tried to explain to them on their website that they have the wrong picture of the products next to explanation of the product. They have "My Sisters" mouse pad picture next to "The Gathering of the Goddesses" explanation. I ordered the wrong thing looking at their picture. I still checked and they still have it wrong. They did offer to do over again with a 25% discount but with the shipping charges it would have still been way too much. No, I am not satisfied with their customer service nor the way the web page on this product.

I ordered the daughter bracelet by mistake - returned it and indicated on form I would like to replace with sister bracelet. Vendor cannot find record of receiving return. I mailed Priority mail which was my error as there is no tracking with this but time was of the essence and the opportunity presented itself. Had I known this was not coming directly from you, but another vendor, I would not have ordered anything from you. I am extremely upset that they cannot locate my return and send an exchange. This was to be a gift for my sister undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Now I have to find another perfect gift. Did someone receive it and keep it at this vendor's b/c it was not trackable? Who knows but one thing for sure, I will share with everyone I know. Thanks for this opportunity.

I inadvertantly ordered the wrong item, due partly to not paying close enough attention and partly to a poor website design that made it easy to make a mistake. I wanted mugs that were for "sisters" and instead ordered "friends". I could accept the wrong wording, but I was also dissappointed in the personalization itself because the names printed were much too small to read. My first email to customer service was not answered and the reply to my second email left me shaking my head at the answer. I was told I could return the mugs and if they agreed with me that the names on the mugs were hard to read, I could get a refund, but if they disagreed, the mugs would be sent back to me. I have never heard of such a policy before and will not take the chance on losing even more money than I already have lost with this purchase. I will never use this website again. There are quite a few companies that personalize items and accept returns under any circumstances. It figures that the one time I make a mistake in ordering, it would be with a company like this.

very happy with purchases. Website a bit confusing for personalized items that have multiple lines. Could use some clarification. For holiday items that are geared towards children, would be helpful to have more information on recommended age groups. The stockings we bought have some pointy decorations (ski pole, twigs) that we had to remove to make child-safe. But otherwise, very happy with this shopping experience.

I've shopped with personal creations on three occasions, each time being very good experiences. I had placed a large order for Christmas. The personalized basket liners were shipped with most of the order. I had to call because the actual baskets were not in with this shipment. The person I spoke to at Customer service was exceptionally nice and within two minutes she apologized and assured me the baskets would arrive within five days. They came in the time stated and I'm completely satisfied. I love that I can give personalized gifts for Christmas and other events. Thank you! Nikki Gonczy

The only problem I had with the shopping experience at Personal Creations is their return policy. I ordered a necklace and pendant. The pendant was not what I expected it to be, it was much larger. I emailed Personal Creations and it took them 3 days to email me back. I was told it would be up to thier returns department to decide if I would be granted a credit on my purchase.

My order was placed Oct. 20, 2008.It indicated a back order. After not hearing from the merchant as to when to expect delivery, I was told after calling customer service that it would be delivered by the week of Nov. 24. It is the 4th of December. Tracking says it is in Indy. The extent of time it took to process the order and have it delivered to my door step is extremely inconvenient. As of this time, I STILL don't have the product in hand. Tsk tsk tsk.

What I bought was a large magnetic happy birthday sign. To fit it into the box, it was folded in half (no crease, but a roll), so the sign is not able to flatten out. It should have been shipped flat in a box.

Excellent customer service. The dog stocking embroidery name was coming apart, I called right away and they replaced it within the week, I didn't even have to send the other stocking back. My customer service rep was excellent.
