Please be aware that Personal Creations is filed with a lot of complains by consumers. First of all, IF YOU PURCHASED ONLINE, you are automatically charged $12 MONTHLY for some unknown service, unless you have to go through all fine prints for 15 minutes. I consider it as *scam*. Secondly I ordered the Xmas cards during a busy holiday season, and found that the number of envelop did not match its cards.I would neither purchase anything from Personal Creations nor recommend anyone to do so. For more information, please google in the keyword "Personal Creations umc*simpmine" which is printed in the credit card invoice. You will find so many complains from consumers.

The trouble I had was with the web site. I had to call twice to get it straightended out and the customer service person said that this happens. Well, why don't you fix it? I was very frustrated that I was not to be charged shipping and then I was. I had to repeat the order 3 times and since it was personalized it took time. It is also not as clear as other merchant's web sites when they ask the billing address. Most say explicily "billing address" versus "shipping address". They even ask for the name of the person to whom it should be mailed, then never mention it again. I was looking for them to ask for that address.

I ordered an engraved pen and box, the same one I ordered last fall. This was to be gift (as was the first set) for the student who received our son's memorial college scholarship. I ordered this most recent set adding expedited shipping in the hope that it would arrive for the ceremony. It did not. Two days later, I received an email notifying me that the item was out of stock. I contacted the company via email telling them how upset I was that I had not been able to give me this information along with the order confirmation they sent earlier. I received no answer. About a week or so later I received an email shipping notice. It noted expedited shipping. The item arrived on May 13, 14 days after the ceremony, 17 days after I sent the original order. I still have not received any direct word, apology, explanation- --nothing. I do not know if I'll shop with them again. They could not help being out of stock. I own about 20 Webkinz. The quality of others I have bought both locally and through other websites was far higher. Including S&H it also cost me $5-10 more than any other I have bought. It did not live up to the quality of either Webkinz or any of the other purchases I have made at the personal creations website. While I will continue to order from PC, I will not order Webkinz from PC again

Great...LOVE the online immediate chat option when I had a question about a product. The one thing bad is that the cross watch is advertised as having the band in white OR PINK, but the pink is no longer available...even if I waited for it (back order). So that was very disappointing! Don't say/advertise I can get it in pink in the first place if I can't!!!!

She asked if there was anything she could do to assist me & offered me a discount for anything I purchased that day. I took advantage of the discount which I really appreciated. I ORDERED A BLACK GLASS PHOTO FRAME, PERSONALIZED FOR MY SON AND DAUGHTER-IN-LAW FOR PART OF THEIR WEDDING GIFT. IT WAS DELIVERED IN A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME. ALTHOUGH I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GIVE IT TO THEM BECAUSE THE FRAME HAS A SILVER FRAME WITHIN THE BLACK GLASS THAT HAD A PROTECTIVE TAPE ON IT. WHEN I REMOVEDTHE TAPE IT LEFT A STICKY MESS THAT I COULD NOT GET OFF. I CALLED THEM AND THEY ARE SENDING OUT A NEW REPLACEMENT WHICH I AM WAITING FOR. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS VERY NICE AND OFFERED THE REPLACEMENT BEFORE I EVEN HAD TO ASK.
