I ordered treasure boxes and in the catalog the item said "Grandma's Treasure Box" so I thought that that was the default title on the box. When I received the items, they only said Treasure Box. I called to request that the word Grandma be put on the boxes but the customer service rep. and her supervisor said I would have to reorder the items and pay the full price less 20%. This was unacceptable to me. I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility that this company demonstrated so I will not order from Personal Creations again.

The only problem I had was one of the engraved links had a scratch on it. The bracelet was to be a gift, so it was too late to return it and get a replacement.

I forgot to add a box to my order but when called the phone sales lady said I could no longer get the free shipping on this item b/c the first order is in processing. WHen I told her I would shop somewhere else for this item she never tried to keep my business. It makes me think twice about a future order.

I wrote to Personal Creations because I was expecting to have free shiping with the code I entered from an email they sent me. Turns out their email, in my opinion, was confusing and wasn't for every order, but only orders over a certain dollar amount. I never would have made the purchase without the free shipping and was then stuck with the order. I emailed them about the confusion with their coupon offer and NEVER received any response from them. They've lost a customer.

My only dissatisfactions are that (1) I believe the shipping, rush shipping, etc. rates are excessive, and (2) the personalization charge seems strange (and inappropriate) since personalization is available on such a high percentage of the merchandise AND that charge is never mentioned until the order is being completed.
