I have purchased several items from this store and have been pleased for the most part. Their shipping takes a long time, but I have never had any issues until now. The photo snowflake ornament I ordered was misspelled and also was the wrong ornament. When I called customer service, I had to wait on the phone for over 20 minutes to speak with someone. The lady I spoke with was very rude and kept talking over me and wanted to argue about the name being misspelled. She told me that I would need to send the item back and that I would have to pay for the shipping. I could understand having to pay for the shipping if I simply didn't want the item, but the item was wrong and riddled with misspellings! If I wanted to reorder the item, I would need to go back online and then I could call them three hours later to make sure they received my order correctly. WHAT? That doesn't make any sense to have me go online and then call back in. I don't understand why she couldn't handle the reorder over the phone. On their site it says that "before any item ships from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy". I doubt that anyone checked my order for accuracy. If you order from their site, I hope you never have a return and have to deal with their awful customer service!
