I did not know Lagerfled would be the "tester" bottle. It was packaged almost like what you would find in purchasing over the counter at places such as JC Penney, Dillards, etc. It was very easy to search for what I wanted and the checkout procedure was very quick. I will use Perfume Emporium again for future orders.

the eternity body cream that I ordered was old. it had turned a yellow color. the last one that I ordered from a different sight was white.

A week or so after receiving my purchase I received a notice saying that I was entitled to a rebate of my shipping costs, so I went to the web site the notice told me to go to. After reading the (very) small print, I noted that in order to receive the "free" rebate I would have to register and agree to pay a monthly fee. This really turned me off. Might I humbly suggest that you disassociate with the company that offered this so-called "free" shipping rebate. Other than that, my shopping experience with the Perfume Emporium was great.

Ordered Kenzo Jungle perfume on the 29th April money was taken from my card straight away, as of the 9th of May I have still not received the product, have now contacted trading standards re this company as I believe there is something seriously wrong they have not answered my many emails and there is no phone no to contact them on. I would not recommend.

I bought some perfume for my wife from PerfumeEmporium.com for Valentines day. The perfume was as promised, just 3 days after Valentines day. After receiving the package I looked at the ship date, 7 days after I placed my order! So if you need to get your perfume sooner than two weeks (thats how long it took to get my order) I would go somewhere else. Sloooooow shipping.

Update - After contacting PerfumeEmporium they first blew off my complaint but then looked it up and realized their mistake. Not only did they refund my shipping but they also gave me back some $ for the trouble they caused me.

The web site was fine. Ordering went smoothly enough. Product (Jaipur after shave balm by Boucheron)arrived within six days. The problem was that what was in the tube (which was marked "not for individual resale") was not the same product which I have been using for over four years now. Instead of the usual white color this stuff had a brown cast and a very different (and very weak) scent. I am entirely unsatisfied and will never deal with these guys again.
Update: Sat. 12-23-06...I recieved a full refund on my credit card after sending an email to Perfume Emporium listing the above complaint. I consider that a very quick and satisfactory response.
