Perfectly Safe is complete rip off company.I had ordered a specific item and when recieving it in the mail, I'd gotten something different. I tried calling the office to tell them about their mistake, they yelled at me and told me the item had been discontinued. It's strange because they still have the item on stock. If you plan to purchase from that company i highly recommend you don't. They're unorganized and rude from my expirience. |

I recently placed an order for a Hybak Cooshie booster seat but after a month my order still hadn't arrived. I inquired as to the status of my order and was informed for the first time that my order was on back order and was told it would be 3 more weeks. That date came and went and still no order. I then inquired again and was told it would be another month. All in all, I waited 2 months and finally cancelled my order. If it's not in stock - it should be plainly stated at the time of order. I will say this, although the email responses were written in "form letter" style with the only word change being the expected arrival date, they were extremely prompt. Their responses were always received by the next day and they canceled my order with out any hassle. If this hadn't been my first order and I had a good ordering experience to go on from them, I'd probably overlook it but it was my first and it just seemed a bit extreme. I probably won't shop with them again.

I recently ordered a gate from this company. When it arrived I realized that it was a returned gate missing several parts. I promptly called customer service. I felt as though they treated me rudely, and did not apologize for the inconvenience. I then wrote an e-mail explaining my dissatisfaction with the service, to which they replied by FINALLY apologizing, and offering to send a new gate.
