The quality of the pens from PensXpress is just unbelievable for the price. Why go to Staples or other store and purchase pens that sometimes do not work and dry out quite fastly when you can order personalized pens from this company. This is my third order from PensXpress for all of my companies. I will continue to use PensXpress in the future.

The ordering experience with Pensxpress was excellent. Their website was easy to navigate and facilitated a simple ordering process. Email communication was terrific and responses to my emails were fast. I submitted a minor change after ordering and was accommodated with no questions asked. The one thing that I would suggest to the merchant to improve their service would be to offer more shipping options. I am in Canada and had no choice but to accept UPS Ground shipping (only available option). The shipping option is not advantageous to Canadian customers because import duty fees are applied to all ground service parcels originating in the United States. I would selected UPS Air Service if it were made available to me to avoid incurring the charges. In saying that, I would recommend this merchant.

A minor misprint occured on my pen order. I contacted Pensxpress on a Monday and explained the error and that I would need a corrected order by the following Friday. They guaranteed the delivery and the pens arrived perfect and on-time. I received many compliments on the beautiful pens that were handed out at our yearly meeting! They write exceptionally well, and I have already recommended the company to 2 people looking to order similar products.

The origianl shippment went with out a problem, but I am still missing one of the items in the order. I received a duplicate of one pen, that I did not need, and am still missing one of the pens they said they would send me a month ago. Good first impressions for NEW customers is the most important action a company can take. I am not Pleased and will not be returning again to this company.

This is the second order we've placed for pens. In both cases, the pens were as described and were received ahead of scheduled receipt date. PensXpress is very courteous and professional. You should purchase your personalized items from PensXpress!

while I received a packet of sample pens, the description and accompanying pricelist did not match what I received and, I ended up having to go back online and searching each pen I did receive individually. Not all pens were marked with catalogue numbers and it was not easy to find all of them.

If I had seen a sample of what the writing would look like on the pens I chose, I would have had the writing in white instead of black.

It was a good experience purchasing pens from them. I will definately buy from them again. The only thing I feel they should improve on is followup. After the merchandis is purchased they don't followup to confirm delivery of the item. I had to call in and make sure I was going to receive my merchadise on time.
