I found it easy although It would help to see a type of virtual immage of the product when ordering personalized pens. I like the quality of the pen but couldn't visualize the "actual product and may have personlized differently if I could have seen it. Great Company keep up the great products! Sherry

I was surpised at the cost of the product coming over the boarder. I didn't expect a COD charge of $49.80. Next time I'll spend more time reserching a product that is found in Canada. But I still loved the pens. Thank you.

The pens I ordered were not in stock and therefore my order was delayed. No one bothered to contact me by phone, mail, or email to let me know. The pens were for Teacher appreciation and when I called them about them they explained and told me when they would arrive. The arrival date was after school was out which means the pens will not be used for the purpose I bought them for. I did not feel like the company tried in any way to make this right. Not only did they do nothing to make it right, but I am out a 10 minute long distance call because they kept putting me on hold to check on things. They said that it is policy to contact people when products are out of supply, but they did not contact me nor do they have record of trying to contact me. I am very disappointed because I really thought they had great products and prices.

We received our Customized Promotional Pens within the stated time frame and were able to track our delivery through UPS. We are very pleased with the product we received (it is hard to judge product quality through an online photo) and feel that the pens were very well priced (we did research before purchasing), and will assist us in our marketing efforts. We bought 500 units which should last us awhile, but we will certainly be ordering from this merchant again as supply demands. I also felt that their website was very professional, user friendly, and informative. I especially liked the feature that allows you to view a "sample" of your promotional text right on the pens. I will recommend this merchant to anyone looking for a similar product.

When I ordred my pens I had an inscription put on them and the company e-mailed me to ask me if that is what color I really wanted on the pens since it might not go with the blue foil and suggested another color for the printing. I was very impressed with the service and quality of the product.

I ordered pens for my daughters baby shower so people would be able to play games and also had them printed on so they would be a party favor to keep. When I ordered them I had the blue foil pen and I chose the black writing. The same day I received an e-mail from the company telling me that the black on blue foil doesn't show up as well and would I like to change the color of the printing. I changed the color to white as they suggested and the pens were delivered before I was expecting them and they look great. For the price I would order through them again.

I had a short deadline and PensXpress was able to meet the timeline, by paying for express service and overnight delivery. I do wish they would have provided tracking information for the shipment however. The only follow up to my order was an email that the order had been received. They should integrate their shipping department with an email delivery system that notifies you when the order has been shipped, and, if applicable, provide tracking numbers. Overall however, it was a good experience, and I would have no problem ordering from them again or recommending their customized products to others.

the advertised special was ordered and delivery was confirmed, 6 days later I was notified that the special was not available in the color I had ordered nor any color that was advertised. A different pen was asked to be supplied that was inferior.
