I have used Pegasus Shoes many times in the last few years and their service has been nothing but excellent.

My understanding is that Pegasus and Clogs.com are the same or sister companies. My Pegasus order arrived within days and in perfect condition. My Clogs.com order has not come in 3 weeks nor has there been any email from the company's tracking service or customer service.

I bought a pair of sandals only because you sent out a 10% discount notice. I bought the sandals. I even e-mailed back that I did not receive the 10% discount, and I still have not been given that 10% discount. What's up?

The purchase was pain free. But never received any information along the way that my order had been shipped and possibly a tracking number to follow. Wasn't sure when I'd be receiving my order. I emailed and finally got a response via phone of when my order should arrive. Other than that, it was just fine

Because the shoes did not fit properly I had to return them. I had to pay a restocking fee which this is the first time I have encountered such a charge. I will not shop at Pegasus again.

Ordered 2 pairs of Think! Shoes. Thought the first pair was defective, as the shoes didn't match. The 2nd pair didn't fit either. Will return them shortly. I'm wondering if this is common or if your inventory is 2nds.

The Pegasus web site is well organized and easy to use -- I found what I was looking for right away. The product information and pictures are very helpful -- and assisted in my purchase decision. The order experience went smoothly and I felt comfortable placing the order after reviewing the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. The confirmation e-mail followed immediately after placing my order and contained everything that I would need to know to follow-up on my order. My shoes arrived on-time and the out-of-box experience was as I expected -- with complete instructions for returning the purchase, etc. I will definitely purchase from Pegasus Shoes again!

The customer service is great and the ordering was easy. When I called about my order it was because I was wondering why I hadn't received any confirmation. The lady I spoke to was really nice and clearly not happy that the order had not been processed. She immediately processed the order and I did receive it in a timely manner after that. What I do not like is that since the shoe did not fit me I had to pay 10.76 to ship it back, AND you are charging me a 4.90re-stocking fee, so I am out over 15.00 on shoes I will never wear. I like Zappos better because I can order and ship back as many times as I need to and I never have to pay for shoes I can't use. I have a large foot and have to order my shoes online and how am I supposed to know how they will fit before I receive them? Why should I have to pay for that?
