Buyer Beware!! Worst experience I've ever had with an online store!!

Shipped incorrect product....agreed they made a mistake...promised to make it right and then ignored us.

This is my first negative review for anyone, any store, etc....but I felt obligated to pass the word. If I would have had this information, I would have never considered purchasing from this company.

The website was somewhat unclear about the specific product we wanted so we called to company to make sure we would get what we want. The customer service rep told us what to order based on our comprehensive description, including measurements. The order that came was wrong, and when we called to try to exchange the product we were told that it was our fault that we ordered the wrong product, so TFB. When we told them that their sales person (a man) misguided us, they said "they have no male staff in the company, so that could not be". How likely is it that a company that manufacutres, modifies, packages, and delivers blinds has no male staff?

My faux wood blind came earlier than I expected. The quality of the material is top-notch and it was very easy to install too. The instructions were easy to follow, and I'm not handy at all! Product is solid and looks awesome in my living room. The packaging was well done, even though the Fedex guy obviously didn't try hard enough to keep the box safe. I've ordered a second set for my bedroom and can't wait to get them!

These people know their business and are pleasant to deal with. They called me to see if I had questions after I saved my shopping cart with them. Once I got all my questions answered, i placed my order over the phone and the bamboo blinds arrived a few days earlier than expected. Get the privacy liner if you can afford it cuz it makes the blinds solid.

The delivery was much faster than local shops were quoting me, the items came as described and the customer service was excellent (I asked them to add some extra clips and they did at no charge). The biggest reason I went with Payless Decor was price - I couldn't find anyone with a quality product anywhere near their pricing. I will definitely shop with Payless Decor in the future.
