Patagoina is what a company, any company should be. They make a world class, durable, dependable, quality product - and back it up with a first class waranty and customer service. If you ever have trouble with any of their products (an infinite if!) you'll never have trouble with customer service - I know people who've brought in 20 year old clothes and they've repaired them no questions asked! Truly to notch!
