Pashmina Boutique

I hunted all over the web for a n XXXL cardigan for my husband and finally found Pashmina Boutique had one -- or claimed to.. But the sweater is not a true XXXL. It is too small for my husband even though he normally wears XXL. So now I have the annoyance of returning it. I hope they wont make this difficult.

I have shopped here before and will again. The only thing I would say about this particular order is that the color chart indicates that the Sage Green has a lighter color, and grayer tone than the actual scarf has. This was a bit of a disappointment, but not enough to return it. I still think the recipient of the scarf will like it. The scarf I purchased is a 4-ply cashmere and it is very soft, which I like better than the 3-ply, which I have purchased before.

I loved the quality of the men's cashmere but was dissapointed in the women's cashmere? However, the shipping was fast and the price was good. It would be nice to show items you sell on models and different views on your website for ease of purchase from your customers.

I have ordered pashminas from Boutique Jewels for many years. The ordering is easy, the color charts accurate, the prices are great and the shipping is quick. The quality and color of the pashminas is beautiful and I have given many of them as presents to friends and family. I own at least a dozen wraps and scarves myself. Great stuff!

This scarf was purchased to replace a lovely gift from a friend, which was brought to me from Italy, and which was lost during a recent holiday shopping trip and was not to be found anywhere! It's not an exact replacement, but it's just right, and I would recommend the item to others.

I ordered another of the wrap I bought from PB several years ago. It arrived promptly, but it was not what I thought I ordered (my fault). I emailed PB customer service to ask them to look up what I had ordered in the past, but the gentleman who wrote me back only referred to a scarf order I'd placed within the past year or so (didn't look far enough back). I also believe that I was sent the incorrect color (I wanted Dove, think I got Pewter instead). So I had to send it back for those 2 reasons. Hopefully I'll get what I am hoping for in the next few days!

I bought a pashmina in November. I paid for it (the charge was listed as "Pashmina Boutique"). 3 months later, I received a charge for the same amount under a the name of "Boutique Jewels." I disputed with my credit card company, and this company filed a rebut, claiming I owed them money. They are sneaky, conniving, and I WOULD NOT recommend ordering from them. To come back months later and attempt to charge me a second time is poor business practice. Stay away!!!
