This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have had with an on-line retailer. I ordered the part over the phone, but could just have as easily ordered it via their site (and gotten free ground shipping), but wanted to talk to a parts expert. They ordered the correct part, shipped the wrong part. I called to get a new part shipped and was told that I would have to buy the correct part (again) and pay for shipping (again) and pay tax to a company that doesn't reside in my state (again) and they were not willing to even throw in the free ground shipping they were offering everyone else. Even argued that if they gave it to me "where would we draw the line?" I told them only with the people to whom they ship the wrong part. I eventually got them to agree to give me free ground shipping. They claimed it would be charged and credited back (it wasn't credited). I sent the wrong part back and they have not credited me. I received the replacement part and it was incorrect as well. They had the stones to tell me that I could return that one, (eventually) get credit, buy another one (again), pay shipping (again) and tax (again) and see what I got. I decided to dispute all the charges and let them deal with the bank. I also found the part on another site for $50 less.
