Very bad service. Charged hundreds of dollars and only received the manual!

I would never order anything from the Partstore again. I ordered a pair of Sony headphones costing over $300 and kept getting these e-mail messages that they were on backorder. I had shopped carefully by reading reviews so was willing to wait but when the "package" arrived it was an envelope with the intructions for the headphones only. I called them immediately and they had charged me for the headphones but now said they didn't have the headphones and somehow the "system" had switched my order to the manual only - for over $300! They are refunding and sending me a label to send the manual back but I have now waiting another 3 weeks for something they don't even have and have to start all over again. When I shared my frustration with their service and mentioned to the woman on the phone that she might want to pass it on to the management of the store that it would be worth their time and money to upgrade their "system" (which she kept blaming for the mistake) she only got defensive with me - in spite of my curtiousness and saying that I didn't blame her for anything but perhaps they would like to take some feedback to improve their customer service. A bad sign.
