I will never, ever do business again with Park Seed. I have no idea what their products are like, because mine never made it to me. I was charged three times (once on one day and twice the next) for my order of six lantana. It took three phone calls (totalling two hours) with three different people to get my money back. Only the third person seemed to care about my situation, and the second person was flat out rude. I was told on my first call back in early April (when I placed my order) that the lantana would be shipped the week of April 30th. Today is May 12th and it shows as "to be shipped" on the Park Seed site. I called and they told me that the next "possible" ship date was 5/21. They couldn't really give me a good reason why it hadn't shipped before. I cancelled my order, and I will DEFINITELY be watching my checking account for the refund. I hope it doesn't take as much work to get my money back this time. Bottom line, the customer service was BAD three out of four phone calls. The woman who cancelled my order hung up on me!
