I routinely visit the Park Seed website to see what new offerings they have. The website is colorful, informative, and easy to navigate. However, I was somewhat disappointed with their delivery. One of the bushes I received arrived lifeless and the lily of the valley I received was pink vs. the white variety I ordered. Customer service was prompt in replying to my complaint and a new bush is on its way. The lily of the valley was not a big issue for me so I did not force it. I actually got a more valuable cultivar. I will order from Park Seed again in the future but only because of their one year plant guarantee and quick reply for customer service. At least I can be confident that they will make good on their errors.
