There was an error in the shipping method by the warehouse shipping my product. After many phone calls we were able to negotiate a workable solution however it was quite frustrating on my part. Because this is the only merchant I have found from whom I can purchase this particular product in the quantities I need I have no choice but to continue to do business with them.

It was not a pleasant experience to shop at Paper.com because it is a catch-22 situation where there is a minimum order amount but then when I tried to add other items to the order to meet the mininum, I was charged an outrageous shipping fee for the extra items!! Shipping was already over $8 for a poster, and then when I added items to the order to meet the minimum, it was like being penalized, because they charged another amount over $8 for a 2nd box!!! I ended up having to buy several copies of the poster that I don't even want just because that was the only thing that would both meet the minimum & not inflate the shipping cost ridiculously. I buy a lot of things online and no other merchant I've encountered has such a bad shipping policy.

As far as dealing with Paper.com, absolutely no problems. However, the computer paper (CD-2559 Carson Dellosa Publishing)was not nearly as bright and detailed as what showed up on my monitor. I might also add that your shipping and handling was a little excessive. Other then the above, I found the website very detailed and once I started to find my way around very very interesting.

They phoned me on two different occasions to work out an acceptable substitute that was immediately available and to make sure that the slight cost difference in the different product was acceptable. The selection is great...sometimes difficult to find what you want. Did on line chat with a rep who determined they did not have the envelopes I wanted in the smaller quantity. I eneded up finding them through further search on my part. Tracking did not work...every time I checked it, it said "order in process". I was worried my order wasn't shipped in time, as I used 2nd day air, but it arrived on time...just wish I didn't have to worry.

We placed an order that we paid through paypal. Paypal sent us a receipt immediately. Every day, I checked on the Paper.com website to check my order status. It said unpaid, unshipped, so we ATTEMPTED to call them. We sat on hold for at least 10 minutes only to get a message saying we were calling after business hours, no matter what time of day we called. I chatted online with a rep who said it was an accounting issue and then stopped answering my questions, basically hanging up on me. I chatted yesterday with another rep online who said the product had been out of stock. He asked me if I wanted to reorder. He didn't even apologize for the error. I had already paid and didn't want to mess with trying to get a refund, so I kept the order. I asked for a rush in shipping, since I have been waiting on a needed product so long, he said they don't do that. It is now supposed to be shipped today. It has been over three weeks since my initial order. I would definitely not order from this store again. Terrible customer service!

I received a different brand than what I had ordered. The Paper.com privacy policy clearly stated that they do not share information and they shared my order information with another vendor to fill my order without permission. Very slow on all fronts. Return was difficult and they charged a 10% restocking fee.
