I did not have the best experience with paper.com and honestly, would not order a product from them that I was not familiar with, since it is virtually impossible to return a product to them. I had ordered some paper for my wedding invitations and when I received one of the products I had ordered, the color of the paper did not work. They said that they could not accept the paper back since the box (which was not sealed in any way) had been opened. I asked how I was supposed to know what color the paper was if I did not open the box. The president agreed, but still they could not accept the paper back since the supplier would not accept it. Thus, they credited me half the cost of the paper and I kept it.
The president was very responsive and I felt like it was brought to his attention in a timely fashion when I asked for the issues to be elevated to upper management and I did appreciate his attention. However, I would still be hesitant to order something that I was not certain was exactly what I wanted. |

Ordered the paper that was needed (hard to find locally), paid for the order in full with 2nd day shipping, all options on order page were verified (even after this incident), and then the next day (the drop-dead ship date) they called for $20 more shipping cost because their website did not have "all" the options for shipping listed, and what I needed was not covered by the "2nd day air" shipping (despite the fact that I needed it two days after the drop-dead ship date). Shipping prices were already horrendous (I can't imagine why I'm paying $32, now $52, for 2nd day air shipping for one ream of 11x17 paper (unfortunately beggars can't be choosers, as this company is taking advantage of).

I will never shop with your company again. Both shipments I received were damaged due to poor packaging. It took repeated phone calls and complaints to get a refund for products returned to you - you had the products in your possession for over 2 weeks and I only got a refund after I filed a dispute with my credit card company. This was not acceptable. Too bad - I would have been repeat customer had you provided good customer service. I will be sure to tell others not to shop with you.

Order was delayed due to warehouse problems nearly 2 weeks before I was notified. Then I was told over the phone that it was going to be even longer due to a warehouse oversight. I have not yet received the ordered product.
I will not use this merchant again.

I will not shop here again. At first, they sent an invoice showing a charge of $1.24 for their catalog. When I complained, the customer service rep told me it did not happen (I still have the email), and told me that they don't have access to my credit card information anyway. I asked her how they expected to be paid if they didn't have access to my information and she hung up on me.
The charge was eventually removed but the invoice showed a catalog would come at no cost. However, when the package arrived, there was absolutely nothing in the box except the thank you cards I ordered. There was not even a packing list. |

The customer service reps seem as if they were on drugs and were very unprofessional. It took me asking 3 times for a manager's phone number. I won't shop there again.

My first order from this company was fine...The item was exactly what I needed. I did think the shipping was a bit high, though. I placed a second order and it was complete chaos. They identified the item as rec'd but gave the confirmation # of the first order. I emailed correct information but resolution of the problem was not reached until I filed a dispute through Paypal. It was difficult to communicate with this company because they took a long time to reply to emails and then asked the same questions again.

I placed an online order and then was sent a message that the item I ordered was not available in the quantity I wanted. This was despite the fact that the company's website indicated it was available in that quantity (i.e., by the box rather than by the case) and I was allowed to order it through the company's online order form. I lost precious time; this was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

My order has not been properly processed. When I look it up on-lihe it says it's "in process". I haven't received any follow up info. describing a delay, back order, holiday closing, storm related power outage...NOTHING! I need to proceed with my project and either need product or a new source to buy similar product...
I'm disappointed, but haven't given up.

I was frustrated by the different "warehouses" that they ship from, as there is no easy way to see or know this, until putting in the order and then they charge alot of shipping for each diff. warehouse that items get shipped from. So I changed my order to just paper to get one shipping fee and it arrived very carefully packed. Thank you for the papers - they are lovely.

I'm sure that it was listed in the fine print, but I didn't have a clue as to what was in the first box that was mailed to me because of the name listed on the return address. (I am not at my office right now so I cannot give you the name of the company on th return address.) So I would suggest that those possible shipping names be listed more prominently (they were there when I went back to check the confirmation e-mail.

I purchased paper that was incorrect. my bad. i would've never thought that my experience would be BEYOND irritating. 1. Fill out a form and fax the information to the company before they authorize the return ( it has been 3rd day and STILL NO confirmation email of fax sent to me.) 2. I have called to speak with an individual and both times during working hours, and their message machine has prompted and indicated that i was calling after hours. I left a message and no one has returned my call. it has been the 3rd day and STILL no one has called. 3. I have made SEVERAL attempts to chat with someone on line, but no one ever responded. This was a BIG waste of my time. 4. Website is BEYOND difficult to navigate through. I hate their website. I really loathe paper.com |

Though the service and product were acceptable, the paper was not what it looked like on the picture or discribed. It was nice, but it was not what I was wanted. I would be hesitant to take a chance again since I might not get what I want. Also, the website needs a little more work, the pages do not load easily and could not be saved in my Favorites box for some reason, it always directed me out to the home page and I had to start the search over again. Also, the box with the paper was wripped and the paper was slightly bent when I received it. But again, the paper was nice.
