After looking at some of the negative reviews I was a bit worried. But the number of total reviews were not too many, so I figured this company must be new in business. I went ahead and ordered. I am happy I did. They had the best price. I saved a few hundred dollars!!

Some reviewers complained about getting the wrong items. So, I called their sales to make sure if they have the exact model in stock. The sales person was very courteous and helpful. He mentioned they have it in stock. I waited to do some more research on them.

Finally, I ordered it on Wednesday around 5PM. They offer free shipping. So I thought it wont be coming before Monday. To my surprise, I Received the product on Friday noon. They sent the UPS tracking number by email in 1 hr after ordering. I cannot ask for anything more!

There was no problem with ordering or accuracy. I am extremely satisfied. This is the best online shopping experience I had in recent times. I was a bit skeptic after reading negative reviews. But I guess often satisfied customers dont take the time to write the reviews.

I loved the fact that whenever you call you can talk to a customer representative rightaway. I actually called them three times. First to ask if they have another model that I was looking for. Second time, if they had it in stock. The third time to place the order.

I bought a powerful Panasonic Lumix FZ series camera. To be honest, I was worried, I opened the UPS box, and found that it came in a brand new box. No scratches or dents. It had all the components in sealed plastics. I was happy and relieved. I started to enjoy the camera.

I thought I should share this good experience out there.
